The only King available was the room for assistant living, but wife needed the assistance, so that worked out perfect. The staff was helpful and very courteous. The room was clean and the breakfast was great, especially the cinnnamon rolls.

A bit hard to find but worth the effort. Clean, good staff, nice rooms. Nothing to complain about. . Pet friendly. Rhere is not a; better place in Warrenton.. The breakfast is bove average. Close to many quaint restaurants in old town Warrenton.

Our pet policy: we charge the guest a $35 fee per night per pet. Rooms are allocated on the first floor for ease of coming in and out of the hotel. We have a limited number for rooms on the 1st floor for out pets.
