Yes, its dated. Yes the furniture and fixtures were worn. But both room and pool were spanking clean, the room was quite sizeable, comfortable bed and the price and the location can’t be beat. (And they have an AMAZING gardener.).

We stayed here for 2 nights and had no issues with the place. The staff were friendly, our room was clean, tidy and well equipped. The pool was lovely and a great spot to cool down after visiting the places locally.

This hotel was clean, but it's dated, making it a very affordable choice within walking distance to Williamsburg. Mediocre breakfast: bagels, boiled eggs, muffins, juice. No scrambled eggs, bacon, or sausage. No gluten-free options other than apples or bananas.

Hey Ashley, I assume they wash as needed. When I arrived to my room, the comforter covering the bed sheets had a small spot that had been dabbed with some type of cleaner. I think the housekeeper tried to remove a stain. The sheets were fresh, but we used a blanket we brought from home instead. I hope that helps.
