This was my 4th or 5th stay. I've always checked in on Saturday in the summer, this time I checked in on Thursday. There were 2 check-in clerks and 2 parking pass clerks. Of course the parking pass clerks try to get you to attend...More

The families in the swimming pools with children were well behaved when we were there. Pools are very nice and clean but were cold mid May and the tavern was not open yet. There is plenty to do for all. Our condo was very nice...More
The Resort was clean with many different amenities to choose from. There were activities to be had for all ages. This particular place was more geared for families with young children to late teens, but perfectly fine for adults as well. Staff were very friendly...More

Efficiency Kitchen: Area with a stove, sink, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave along with cabinets stocked with plates, glasses and utensils. There is a table for four, it shares part of the living room. It has all you need but it's not a big area or it's own room.

I keep seeing the time share phrase. I am just looking for a place to book for my family vacation this year. I just want a week in June. The website looks like I can book it just like any other hotel or resort, but all the time share and sales pitch language I've seen here scares me. If I book for the week online and then do not want to attend a sales pitch while I am there, will we lose our reservation? The place looks really nice for what my family and I are looking for, but I am very nervous now. Thanks for any information you can share.

HI, I understand your thoughts completely. Do not be hesitant to book this resort. Many of the resort properties in Williamsburg are hotels AND timeshare resorts. We booked online and except for two things you would not have known it was a timeshare once you are on the resort. 1.) when you check in, they will have you go to an activities desk, where there will be some pitch like free tickets to Busch Gardens if you take the timeshare tour We just politely say no thank you, we already own 3 timeshares, including Williamsburg (truth)
2.) they will phone the unit many, many times. We unplug phone upon entering unit and I do not give them my cell #. Friends who gave their cell got frequent calls to go on timeshare pitch.
I would not hesitate to book this resort online and have a great time!
