Close to everything, the breakfast was quite delicious and the house was lovely with many amenities. We stayed over the weekend and got to know the other guests at breakfast which was nice. Each room is different but our bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of room for the tow of us. There is also a formal living...

The other 5 star reviews say almost everything but I'd like to add that it was the small details that made the difference. We arrived to find the small inn empty but the door open, (flame less) candles flickering, relaxing music playing in the sun room, a bottle of chilled white wine (honor system contribution) and a personalized welcome note...

We celebrated our anniversary there this past weekend and this cozy bed and breakfast exceeded all of our expectations. This was our first time staying in a bed and breakfast and we were pleasantly surprised. The Inn-keeper, Katie, was a delight and very accommodating to everything that we needed. I would recommend for anyone to stay there and I know...

We chose this B&B for our small wedding. We had 11 guests and the venue was just perfect for something small. We chose to have the owner, Katie, be our photographer. She did an amazing job and was focused on capturing the day, without being overbearing, like most photographers. She has been doing this for years! Everything that came with...

My three sisters and I meet up every year at a different location, and this year was Williamsburg. Staying at the Colonial Gardens B&B was the best decision we could have made!! Our hostess, Katie, could not have been nicer, and what a fabulous cook! I have never had more amazing breakfasts anywhere--pretty sure they are responsible for every pound...

Thank you so much for your kind review! We love that you took advantage of all we have to offer, many folks don't get a chance to just sit and relax with tea and a good book but rain always makes that more attractive! Karen

My fiancé and I stayed for two nights here and we were quite pleased with our stay. We have a fair amount of exp with such establishments on our vacations and I rate Colonial Gardens a solid 4 stars. Why not 5? Well, 5 stars would be a solid 100% and I still have to see a B&B that doesn't...

My sisters and I stayed in the Azalea suite for 5 nights and enjoyed every minute. The rooms were kept spotless, the beds were comfortable, and oh! Katie's breakfasts were out of this world. We had a very rainy morning one day and spent it in the cozy sunroom, reading and chatting and perfectly content. If you are looking for...

Stayed for two nights on our trip north from Florida to Vermont to allow some time for golf and Williamsburg visits. Location is ideal. Karen is the owner/contact and Katie oversees the operation. Four rooms available with different price options, $150+. For $30 additional you can get a wonderful breakfast. Southern brick colonial, two story home formerly owned by the...

We found this gem after much research and we were delighted we did. Nestled in a wooded area off the road to Jamestowne, this quaint B&B offered a relaxing stay. Katie, the House Manager and Karen the owner went out of their way to make us feel like one of the family. For eight wonderful days we enjoyed Katie's morning...
