Dear CTW4U, I would first like to apologize for the experience during your stay. The television situation has been a major challenge. Making the effort to upgrade to a HD service and provide more channel selections. The installation of the new system did go as planned however there was an unforeseen incompatibility with some of the televisions. There was an...

Rooms are well laid out with a microwave, coffee maker refrigerator and stove if you want to do any cooking. Breakfast was included in price, mostly continental but plenty of variety from waffles, bagels, french toast and muffins. Can't beat the price if visiting Seattle, much cheaper than downtown rates and only about a 20 to 30 minute ride to...

Dear Choosewell, I appreciate the time taken to provide feedback and rating. The hotel staff are nice and we as a team do work at keeping the hotel in a clean and friendly condition. The hotel is an older property but it is maintained well, I agree that the location's rooms and hallways need some attention as they have an...

We stayed there for a couple of nights and this was not my favorite place as the rooms were very dated. The breakfast area was very tiny, so we went out. The staff was helpful and friendly to us, but the hotel was not someplace that I would stay again

Dear Michael K. I take this opportunity to apologize for the less than full satisfactory experience. The Breakfast area is small because this hotel was not built with a full service restaurant and kitchen facility. All guest rooms are equipped with a kitchenette with all utensils, dining tables and chairs. The hotel has performed a lot of upgrades that are...

We visit the Seattle area 1-3 times per year and the only hotel we use is this one. We consider it our vacation home that we don't have to pay a mortgage on. The rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped, including a small kitchen. There are many freebies - laundry facilities, breakfast, dvd's, grocery shopping service, neighborhood shuttle, warm...

I had stayed at this location several years ago, and had a pleasant experience. However, when I checked in this time, I found that my room was incredibly filthy. There were urine drips down the front of the toilet that had been there who knows how long. Coffee had been dripped all over the counter, and there was a long...

The hotel feels a bit congested. The Queen Bed sizes seem smaller than the usual queen size. I am 5.10in tall and my legs pop out of the bed when I sleep. I asked for a room with bigger bed and she out-rightly rejected and asked me to pay more. Not all guests have the same problem as me but...

Dear Igajula, I apologize for the less than satisfactory experience during your stay. I have to admit that this is the first time to respond to a bed is too short. I probably should give my stay 5 Tripadvisor dots, but I just can't this time, mostly because I'm comparing this Larkspur Landing to the Larkspur landing in Renton, south of Seattle.
