We planned on staying three weeks, but left after just one. Only Phase 1 is open and it is VERY muddy. When we arrived, TWO workers were painting the trim of ONE sign. One of the first things my husband was told was that Steve (manager) was in Australia (the only good thing they said they could tell us). The...

Great staff and a great area. I would recommend staying here for any duration of time. Long term tenants are kind and personal privacy is respected. Sites are kept cleaned and maintained well. Staff is helpful and kind. Do not mind handling some mail which is kind of them, thank you!

Went down for the weekend to Birch Bay, a short drive from Vancouver BC. Judy and her fellow staff members really took care of us and made us feel welcome. As it was early spring, the outdoor pool was closed but all other amenities were fuctioning well. It was a bit muddy from the storm that passed through earlier in...

Do you like to camp in the mud and pools of water? This is your place! Most of the sites here are muddy with standing water. There was a family across from us that picked everything up and moved to a different site...they were nearly floating. Great place if you have a boat! Among other things, I see lots of...

wet & muddy...a whole bunch of mud puddles... did not go into restrooms so can not comment on that, did not stay in a cabin so no comment.... staff waived as they drove by our camp site so I guess you can consider that friendly....

No supervision of sites. Park where you want. Except at working one with everything working. We had to share a site with our friends to get full hook ups. Ad said they had WiFi, in office only. Ad said satellite TV, in lodge only. Pictures show beautiful sights like you would expect from Thousand Trails. That area seemed to be...

We were on our way home from down south. Considering the weather the place was as good as it could be. It will improve greatly when it dries out. It is a good location and the staff are special and very helpful.

We where there in the off season and snow and mud was everywhere but the staff worked hard on keeping the place up. The staff was very nice and helpful. The only thing that would make it better would be to have cable TV.

We stayed over the Christmas weekend and it snowed a little and was very cold. Despite the fact that the water faucet had heat tape on it, it froze one night. After thawing the faucet with our heater, we filled our water tank and didn't use the city hook up anymore. The sewer didn't drain well when we emptied our...

We really enjoyed our stay over the New Years Holiday Weekend. The location is super close to the Canadian border and the Semiahmoo Resort. Very scenic area. It was nice to have a sewer hookup at every site.
