This condo property is situated in a lovely spot on the ocean. To move from an average rating to very good, I suggest a few changes. The TV in the 2nd bedroom is way too small. My grandson could not see it from the bed. TV's are very inexpensive, quite cheap to get a reasonable sized one for each room....

Spent a week in Birch Bay Washington which is just South of the Canadian border. Great location for visiting Vancouver, B.C. which is an hour north or Beautiful Bellingham Washington 30 minutes south. It did rain most of the week but that did not stop us from enjoying the pool or long walks on the beach.

We received a weekend away compliments of of family who have a timeshare with Worldmark. Upon checkin we were quickly sent over to the timeshare desk where they wanted us to signup for a timeshare presentation. We gratefully declined and were not asked about it for the remainder of the weekend. The suite was quite pleasant and cozy including the...

Our visit was during a very quiet time here. As we arrived it was snowing and continued for a number of hours. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub during the snow. The pool is half indoor/outdoor. We had a visit to Bellingham about a half hour away and plan to go back to the Marine Life Center - by...

We're glad that you were able to enjoy some of the local area attractions too! We hope you're able to come back during better weather so you can enjoy the beach....

Felt like I was at frat party but instead of there being lots of 20 somethings, there was a 40 something woman, drunk, in charge of the senior wrestling team and I am not talking senior citizens, but senior high school boys! Slugging down alcohol making a racket, playing chicken fights in the pool and hot tub. Sick. Flipping over...

Thank you for choosing WorldMark's Birch Bay! I apologize for any excessive exuberance from the high school wrestlers. It is good someone alerted the resort management to quiet the group down. Kind regards.

My family and I enjoyed staying here. We did a driving style vacation in the shoulder season to save money. I would like to stay here in the summer so we could have enjoyed the bay itself more. The resort is well looked after, our room was clean, free of smells, did not look worn out, and the beds were...

My mother and I enjoyed this place overall. You just need to set your expectations appropriately. We are members of RCI, so some of the properties we go to are true 5 star, some of the trading properties are a bit less. Worldmark Birch Bay is low key and quaint. I can see how some people could have issues, as...

Dear BrodieKat, I love all the suggestions you made of places in close proximity to our WorldMark Birch Bay Resort. It is definitely a sleepy town this time of year so I am glad you took advantage of what is close by to make the most of your vacation. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback in...

We were content with a studio for 2 with a murphy bed. The mattress was pathetic which was addressed early the next day. We were up early because we slept poorly so we had to wait and we were cranky. The facility is built with the short side to the water and most rooms have no view. Our second night...

I am pleased that our staff was able to promptly rectify the situation with your mattress and that you enjoyed your studio unit. I am sorry there were issues with your Wi-Fi service. Mt. Staff was extremely friendly. Brought up popcorn, a movie voucher and balloons for the kids. Very clean place, pool area has indoor and outdoor so we had a great time regardless of the weather being rainy.

Do not attend the time share sales presentation, no matter how nice the incentives sound. It starts pleasantly but turns hard sell and obnoxious. I don't know why they feel they need to use this approach since they actually have a quality product. I am a thoughtful but somewhat slow buyer and when I am pressured to buy immediately I...

Dear Yerolf, Thank you for your thoughts on your experience with our Owner Education Associates. I can very much appreciate not wanting to make any sudden financial decisions. I would be more than happy to discuss this further if you would like to reach out to me directly. We certainly want everyone that comes to any WorldMark Resort to enjoy...
