I had been staying right down the road at Best Western to the tune of $168 per night. I discovered this place on the reviews from Tripadvisor travelers and decided to give it a try. This is reminiscent of the old days when you'd pull into a motel and park right in front of your room. The walls are thin,... More

Rooms are very clean and smell fresh! Great price and accommodating staff. We originally booked a room across the street and ended up cancelling to come here. Balcony rooms are only a few bucks more! Property has beautiful flowers all over.

Great cleanliness. Comfy rooms. Giant flowering baskets hanging out the front door. Seems to be a well-cared-for and well-maintained property. Great price and a pleasure to rent from a "mom and pop" place when they obviously love and care for it.

This older motel looks from the outside like it could be uncomfortable, but was a pleasant surprise. Our bathroom was recently redone, furnishings ample, and the motel pleasantly well maintained. I could not believe the bargain price, even including a very basic continental breakfast. Would definitely stay here again. Very convenient to interstate.

Spent the night on a two day visit to the area. Manager was polite and welcoming, room was older but clean and comfortable. I was a little concerned that the trains behind the motel might be annoying but, I never even noticed them. Great stay, great value, I will be back.

Old style (car at door) single level motel just off freeway. Nearby (walking distance and I am partly disabled) Denny's, Subway (open 24 hrs!), Burger King and Kit Carson (reviews not great for this place). Exit 76 off I-5 S end of Chehalis (of 3 exits). Clean, huge nice tv, fridge, microwave, adequate bathroom (wall mounted soaps), a/c, ice near... More

We were looking for an affordable, clean property to spend the night on our way home to Seattle and rejected the Best Western and Econo Lodge because both were priced over $100. OK, lets face it, Chehalis isn't a place to spend that kind of money, so we stopped at the Relax Inn, a smaller motel-style property set back farther... More

We chose the Relax Inn because Chehalis met the mileage distance for the day, and the place looked reasonable. We were happy with the choice. It's far enough off the highway that it was quiet, the people were super nice, the room was clean and well furnished and it was quite inexpensive.

We booked our room due to power outage at our event. When we got here the manager was rude and our room was covered in dust. The comforter had stains on it. And when we asked for extra towels the manager would only let us have one extra.

I'm not picky about hotel rooms. I wasn't expecting luxury on this trip. Just a warm/dry/clean place to sleep. We arrived at 9pm to a locked reception area door. No big deal, just not very welcoming at a fairly early time. Rang bell and clerk opened door quickly. Clerk was neither rude nor friendly. Reception area smelled strongly of garlic/curry.... More
