This place is hidden jewel take you back in time , log cabins and you can bring your pet. A working cattle ranch with lots of very curious cattle every time you take a long walk with your pet. Had a great time, only thing is that places to eat are hard to find, great hamburger drive in, very good...

We booked this last minute before a hike into the Northern Cascades. It couldn't have been more perfect. We stayed in the main guest house due to the cabins being full and we would definitely make that choice next time. Eleanora was a delightful host, the setting was romantic, it's away the main road, and provides a gorgeous view of...

My husband and I stayed in the Fisherman's cabin at Ovenell's Heritage Inn for one night while driving the Cascade Loop. What a great place! Can't say enough good things. The people were very warm and friendly and gave as all kinds of good information about the area. The cabin was so comfortable and charming. They really thought of everything....

We have spent 5 nights in a cabin here, near North Cascades National Park. Our cabin is small, but clean and very comfortable. Each day our cabin is cleaned with towels replaced. Other cabins are close yet quiet and peaceful. Over 500 acres to walk on and view wildlife....deer, elk, etc. The Overnell family is extremely nice and at check...

If you are looking for a place in the woods to commune with nature, this is your spot! Several log cabins are available and each offers views of the mountains and rolling pasture. It is a relatively short hike to the Skagit River which borders the property. The ranch has a large herd of Maine Anjou Heifers, many with calves...

We found Ovenell's by pleasant accident when we were rained out of a planned backpacking trip in the North Cascades. We got lucky! Our stay in the guest house for two nights was extremely comfortable, with great amenities in the room, comfortable beds, and a wonderful deck to sit out on with views across the Skagit River valley to Mt...

My 17-year-old son and I stayed in the Woodsman cabin two days in August. The cabin was very clean and decorated with a variety of antique, outdoor type items, which I believe were family heritage items, and I rather liked. A lot of thought was put into maximizing the space to provide the greatest utility in this very small cabin....

Loved our cabin, spent lots of time on the shady front porch relaxing after our day jaunts to the Northern Cascades. Room to walk around and enjoy nature, saw deer. Nice town with good restaurants and grocery store. Very friendly and hospitable staff, comfortable bed, and everything we needed in a quaint but modern cabin.

In a picturesque and welcoming small group of cabins near the Skagit River, we loved the surrounding beauty, comfortable and well-appointed cabin (obvious love and caring on display) and the welcoming and friendly family who own the ranch. Above our expectations were the satellite tv and the wifi, such as you'd find in any main-stream hotel room. We took them...

This is the place to be if you want to be away from a typical in-town hotel or motel. It's like a studio apartment, in cabin form, out in the woods. I could live in this place (if I could afford to) ! There is no vehicle traffic, and no noise. Only you and nature. The cabin is modern, comfortable,...
