We were on Orcas for a wedding with lots of activities for four days. The Inn was very comfortable and accommodating, and the restaurant is excellent. Very convenient, particularly if you're arriving on Orcas at Deer Harbor by boat or seaplane.
We didn't know what to expect. Our trip via boat put us at the deer harbor marina and the deer harbor inn is the only game in town since the resort converted to time share. The inn picked us up at the marina in a...More
We booked 2 nights at the Orchard Cottage 2 - overall it was really lovely! It felt private, tho other cottages and lodge nearby. Cottage was very clean and the general vibe of the cottage was truly lovely. The decor was just right, the kitchen...More

I just got back from a two night stay at this little gem on Orcas Island. It's probably more like a B&B than an inn. You pick up your key from a table in the office and you don't really interact with any staff, which...More

The above answers seem to tell it all. Our cell phones did not work in that area of the island. We did not even try the WiFi as we were there to get away from it all. The TV was small and we never turned it on. We did not get a chance to eat at the restaurant, as it was only open in the evenings. We would spend the day in other parts of the island, and had always eaten by the time we came back to the lodge. Breakfast consisted of some yogurt, some breakfast bars, and some coffee that can hold you over until you can go out to seek breakfast. This is a great get-away spot, not a resort.
