Wow! An amazing place. Looking forward to returning soon and bringing out the family! The cottages are nice and well appointed. The customer service was spectacular and the views and the Island are tremendously beautiful. I highly recommend. The photo is the sunset from my cottage.

Our daughter gave us two nights at Heron's Cove as a birthday gift. I think she had a Living Social Coupon. In any case, in was great. The place is full of artistic flair and architecture. Stained glass panels everywhere. Beautiful wrought iron stair rails. Coved ceilings and curved walls. Stone fences and wood carved columns. The kitchen was well...

What a great spot. Nicely appointed one-bedroom cottage with a fully-equipped kitchen (no dishwasher, but that's okay), a hot tub, a sauna, beach access/views, a wood-burning stove, and comfortable surroundings. We were there in the off-season, so not much in Eastsound was open, but we still enjoyed the town. Moran State Park/Mt. Constitution is fabulous and just minutes away (gorgeous...

My sweet wife Kathryn and I decided to celebrate my impending 60th birthday at the Salish. We reserved the Wren Cove lodging via a Living Social deal... Which, by the way, represented a remarkable deal. The drive up from Portland was pleasant and fortunately we did not encounter heavy Seattle traffic. Outside of Seattle the topography was lovely as we...

I wanted to love the Salish as my wife and I had booked the 'Heron' cabin for her birthday weekend. Property was nice but deferred maintenance is taking its toll on landscaping and paths, but the worst was within the cabin itself. In order of discovery, here is what did not work in the cabin: Kitchen sink does not drain...

We are so sorry that your stay was not to your satisfaction. We are known for our beautiful grounds and the attention we give to every cottage. However, as we host many guests, occasionally as in any house, something may need repair. Although we try to be attentive to every issue, sometimes, we may miss something if it's not brought...

Stayed at the orca watch with my sister...very comfortable place nestled along the north shore with rocks facing north to watch sunsets. The hot tub was also very nice. And the deer wandered thru the property and were stunning. I like the seclusion here and also easy drive to Eastsound to visit the great bookstore and dine at Olga's. Orca...

Orca Watch in the Salish Seaside Escapes is the perfect place to get away from the city or the demands of family life. I love my kids, but my wife and I needed some time away by ourselves. Four nights at Orca Watch (with its peaceful days, romantic evenings, and breathtaking views) was just what we needed. Our experience at...

I recently stayed in the lower level unit of Salmon Shoal - one of several delightful cottages in the Salish Seaside Escape group of cottages. Salmon Shoal offers a large deck with spectacular views of the Salish Sea. The one-bedroom unit is spacious with a comfortable queen bed, sofa and table and chairs. There's a large TV for gaming, but...

We statyed in the absolutely beautiful Heron Cove at The Salish Seaside Escape. This cottage is the most unique cottage I have stayed in. The Salish Seaside Escapes is a short drive north of Eastsound town center which has plenty of shops and restaurants. The owners and staff do a wonderful job to make sure your island experience is memorable....

We arrived in the late afternoon after an interesting ferry ride from Sidney BC via Friday Harbour where we were able to have a short walk around the town when we changed ferries. The main room had a queen size bed, a good TV system and enhanced sound system that also played music. The bathroom was large with a beautiful...
