I stayed here for the evening on sat night left Sunday morning. I stayed in one of the one bedroom Villas that they offer. There is a small beach. Boat launches and rentals available at the resort. Very pleasant and peaceful. Really nice scenery.

First only 1 person thanked my husband for his service, second none of the spots are marked well at all, good luck finding a parking spot, we did laundry while there the dryer didn't dry well at all, their rules say quiet time is at 10, no mats, and no trailers except near the entrance. One person had their trailer...

Took wife and kids (5 year old and 3 year old daughters) to Sunbanks Lake Resort from August 8 to August 14, 2014. We had a wonderful time. The lake and surrounding terrain are gorgeous. There is so much unrealized potential to this place. We stayed in Lago 5 Villa which was a little over $200 per night. The villa...

We are from Kirkland and wanted to visit Banks Lake. We decided to stay in the 1 bedroom villa for 5 nights and rented a slip for our boat during our stay. We had a wonderful experience. Even though it was packed full, it was surprisingly quiet at night. Everyone was very respectful of each other (patrons and staff). The...

Been going here for years and things really went downhill... Walked in to a filfthy dirty house. Paying $2000 for a house, I expect it to be clean. Hamburger seeds on the floor, dishes have caked on food. Mouse droppings on deck. No soap for the dishwasher. Half of the cooking items were missing.... Tons of bugs and spiders in...

I wish I would have read the reviews before going to Sunbanks. This is my first review, The very few full RV hook ups pack you in like sardines with very little privacy. WIFI access had very poor unusable signals even right in front of the office. There was a constant buzzing noise 24/7 and found out it was to...

After reading some of the reviews about this place, I have to admit I was a little hesitant to stay. I made my reservations anyhow. Am I happy with my choice now? YES! While I understand not everyone has the perfect stay everywhere they go, it's all a matter of expectations. My expectations were that of a campground, not a...

This was our first trip to Sunbanks Resort and I can say we will definitely be making a return trip. Check in was a breeze with the desk staff being quite friendly and knowledgeable of the resort and local area. Like several other reviewers, we stayed in a villa and found the accommodations to be more than adequate. In fact...

Let me begin by saying that this review does not pertain to camping or RV use. In fact, I would never consider doing either at this resort. Other reviews describing the less than favorable conditions in the over-packed camp and RV areas seem quite accurate from what I saw. Crowded, nosiy at night, and crazy. But, staying in a 5...

As the title states, we've been making our annual family trip to Sunbanks for nearly a decade. We've stayed in everything from the waterfront tent sites to the 5 bedroom villa on our last 2 trips. The villa was absolutely filthy! The request to remove your shoes should be changed to "keep your shoes on", as every floor in the...
