I was in town for our national dog show and the housekeeping staff is the best I have ever seen. For instance, I stopped at the front desk to ask for an additional towel and by the time I drove to my room I had three waiting just inside the door. Every request or question I asked was answered with...

The worst experience in a hotel that I have ever had. 1. I was part of a group who was to get a discount. After making my initial reservation, I decided to upgrade to a Salon Suite (bedroom in separate room). I did this through the hotel front desk. At no time was I told the Salon Suite was not...

Red Lion hotels have a good reputation, and my husband and I, along with our dog, had stayed here a number of years ago, so we thought it was a good bet. It turned out to be a disappointing stay. Upon arrival I waited until the lone reception clerk finished another bite of her sandwich before she wandered over to...

It has been years since I stayed in a Red Lion Hotel. My room was very spacious, and the decor and bathroom were fresh and clean. My bed was amazing and provided me with the rest needed. The bathroom with the two vanities was quite impressive! My Internet service was perfect. I used to stay quite often in Red Lion...

We stayed here on the Saturday night of the STP weekend. The room was large enough to hold our bikes. We were on the second floor and there are NO elevators. Also the ice machine on the second floor was not working so had to go to the first floor. Overall, the Red Lion is what I expected just off...

This was our first stay in a Red Lion Hotel. It will be our last. When we arrived at our room, we were greeted with a smell of cigarettes. After visiting the front desk with this observation just for them to put a note on our account so that we wouldn't be charged, the two front staff had an argument...

Lady at desk wasn't the kindest, or friendly person. Got my room and did her job. There were problems before me so she kind of let that roll over to me in her welcome kindness. I had a queen reservation, and I got a regular double and that was small for me. The hot tub broke so we can go...

But had higher expectations from red lion. Also front desk told me i would need to get up and change channels and volume. Until i protested. Then...

Great room, good food, great service. Vulture guests at breakfast buffet but what can the hotel do about that? Maybe some reminder signs on manners might work. Oh and a "no bare feet please" sign as a reminder as well. Oh yeah and a "pigs will be slaughtered" sign, as long as that does not sound too rough. You make...

My 8 yr old son was the first to find the mouse feces on the bed. I suggest asking if they have their rodent problem under control before booking...unless you want the $25 dollars off your dinner if you find any. Are you kidding me???
