Great location on the water, walking distance to wonderful restaurants and shopping. Enjoyed the continental breakfast each morning and tea/coffee with fresh baked cookies daily! My only suggestion would be better coffee! Rooms were clean and very comfortable with gas fireplaces if you get chilly! Will definitely return!

The hotel advertises all rooms are water view rooms. Not so on our trip. The only view from Room 110 was a 40' or so boat with another boat along side it. There are no obstructions in the advertising brochure. I contacted the lodge about this but no one responded. The room is tight but adequate, although noisy from overhead...

Room was great. Had gas fireplace, balcony and view of the Channel. King size bed and jacuzzi tub. Plenty of room, two tv.. Clean and well kept up for older hotel. Pricey, but nice...the breakfast could have been better...just fruit, cereal, bagel, coffee and juice.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was quiet and beautiful. Enjoyed the river view and the gas fireplace very much. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast served in the dining area upstairs had fruit, granola, hard boiled eggs, oatmeal, breads and pastries, and coffee and teas.

This is the only hotel/lodge in town on the river. I saw a harbor seal head, which was nice. The river was calm both nights I was here, and the seagulls were audible through the closed windows. My room (206) was very nice. The sink plug didn't open very wide, but that was the only issue with the room. Screens...

Stayed on a Sunday night during the Tulip festival. Very cozy interiors. Loved the views and location. The room was nice. Really my only complaint was the bed could've used better or more pillows. Otherwise the bed was comfortable. We had breakfast in the breakfast room as well, which was ok. I think fresher pastries and more protein choices would...

I was very impressed with the quality of the rooms at this hotel. We stayed in Rm.#204 that had a nice little balcony overlooking the channel. Large sitting room and nice firm King bed. Jacuzzi tub in separate room was a nice touch. The complementary breakfast was very good with fresh fruit, killer granola. In fact we purchased a 2lb....

This hotel has a great location by the channel. It is nicely decorated. Our room was very good size with fireplace and jetted tub. But we were disappointed with the following: 1. We reserved a room particularly by the room number for its location at the end of the hall. When we arrived, we were very surprised as we were...

Oh, this is a lovely Room! Well laid out and appointed, beautiful views, sweet balcony. Staff friendly and very helpful. Coffee and tea set up, cookies. Fireplace is easy to use gas. Clean and fresh. Only funny thing, I thought "oh, for such a nice place, shame no fridge". Haha. There is one, just took me a while to find...

My mother and I enjoyed our annual girl's getaway in one of the Channel's suites. We loved all of the perks; cozy fireplace, jetted tub, comfy bed and the breakfast room overlooking the channel. Walking distance to restaurants and shops, we plan to return in the summer to enjoy the suite side patio!
