This is a quaint hotel in a cute little town. Perfect location on the main street of town. This is a very clean hotel; our room was on the small side; big bathroom; comfortable bed. The staff was friendly. Only drawback was the number of stairs you have to climb as the hotel is on the 2nd floor and there's...

Small historic hotel, very cozy. Feels more like a B&B setting and better for couples. Cute courtyard in the middle, ask for a room that overlooks it. Can be a bit noisy, but was fine for a nights stay. I would suggest adding in a light continental breakfast for the price. But the cafe across the street is good. Nell...

It was a beautiful and cozy place to stay but it was very noisy at night. You can hear your neighbors and the trips up and down the stairs, not to mention, any talking on the street. Then, in the morning you can hear the talking outside at the bakery early in the morning. It is beautiful and clean.

This little hotel is like a movie set. Clean spacious rooms with windows that fling open to the sounds of the tourist below. It's up a few steps to get to hotel area as there are shops on first floor. Must do town, plenty of restaurants and shopping.

We recently spent 2 nights here. The room was clean and well equipped. The staff were pleasant. It was very quiet even though we were on the street side. But the real attraction of this small hotel is its inner courtyard, where we drank a bottle of wine, read our books, and generally enjoyed the quaint surroundings.

Location plus right on the Main Street of LaConnor. A lot of stairs to climb so if at all disabled it's a bit of a hike up to the second floor where the 12 rooms are located. Old style hotel w small rooms and a bathroom. Tea and coffee in the lobby. We stayed in room 9, 2 twin beds,...

I have stayed here a few times over the years, and am always pleased with our stay. The accommodation is cosy and charming, the staff is extremely helpful and courteous. The price is good for the accommodation, going back soon!

I was on a house-hunting mission, and my realtor recommended I check out La Connor. I ended up staying three nights at the Hotel Planter because it was just what my travel-weary soul needed to recharge. I believe it was built in the early 1900s and served the more wealthy lumber patrons. It fell into disrepair, and was renovated so...

Stayed at the Planter while we explored the quaint town of La Conner. The hotel is central to everything. Parking was not easy to find in mid-afternoon. Rooms were basic but clean and a good size. No bathtub but shower was fine. Town has a good selection of pubs, restaurants, wineries and artisan stores. Calico is a great place for...

We stayed over the weekend at the Hotel Planter in their Jacuzzi suite. The room has queen bed and a full two person Jacuzzi. The room is at the end of the hallway so more private than the other rooms. Right at the end of the main drag so easy walking anywhere. Great place for breakfast right across the street....
