We stayed in the Forest Room because we prefer sleeping in a king bed and not being on the ground floor (or lower) when we can avoid that. We are physically capable of handling the staircase, either inside or out (even with our bags, although we appreciated Jerry's offer of assistance). We found that three nights was the perfect amount...

Whidbey Island, especially Langley, is known for its pristine natural setting and its artistic sensibilities. We looked forward to a three day weekend of charm and luxury. This B&B is an island of Duloc with the hosts, while cheerful and attentive at appointed tasks, and informative about the tourist resources, they were self-absorbed. Is there such a term as 'industrial...

It’s hard to address something that sounds more like a tantrum than a review. However, I will do what I can. It is true we have been opening our home to visitors to Whidbey and Langley for 21 years and have experienced amazing people and continue to enjoy a host of returning guests and their friends. It is our pleasure...

Wonderful place!! After a very restful night, got up in the morning to enjoy a nice run down the quiet island road. On my return trip saw a large bald eagle fly into one of the local trees at the Eagle View B&B. Looks like a big nest up in the tree and could hear the cool chirping of eagle....

We went to the island for our anniversary two days and one night. We decided to pay more money by reserving the Saratoga room because it was advertised as having a jetted tub and we were looking forward to having a nice soak. The first thing we found out from Jerry, the host is that the jets didn't work to...

Thank you for your comments I know folks look at many different places before booking so it is easy to get them mixed up BUT we do not advertise a “jetted tub” we describe our Saratoga Room as having a 2 person soaking tub with Chromotherapy. In our industry jetted tubs are referred to as “jetted tub” and soaking tubs...

Wife and I stayed for 5 nights during the DjangoFest Northwest 2014 festival in Sept. 2014. Absolutely beautiful, peaceful setting. Jerry and Joanne, the proprietors, are very gracious hosts. Breakfast every morning was superb (although the coffee could have been stronger to my taste, and they do not serve espresso, much to my wife's chagrin). Only about a mile outside...

I guess I am biased as a former employee. They are meticulous in their care of the folks who stay here. The facility is immaculate and the breakfast are thoughtful and imaginative. A different menu for each day of the week and varied throughout the season. The rooms are interesting as they have gone out of their way to make...

Deer joined us for breakfast, so that was especially cool for folks from urban areas.... Beds were fine, view was lovely, decorating was a little "over the top"/kitschy for the Eagles' Nest thing, but that was OK. Proprietors were a little rigid, though (Really? I can't look at the map during breakfast until you explain it to me?) and breakfast...

A friend and I just spent two nights at the Eagles Nest Inn over Memorial Day weekend. It was fabulous. The grounds are green, lush, beautiful and well kept. There are bird feeders sprinkled throughout the grounds that attract a wide variety of birds. My favorites were the hummingbirds that enjoyed the feeder right outside of our room window. We...

Stayed here for three nights. Great service, clean, gorgeous grounds, delicious breakfast, lots of wildlife in the backyard. Incredible views from the top floor. Slept hard in the very comfy bed. Only positive things to say about our stay .

My boyfriend and I were fortunate to stay here after finding out his passport was expired and we were already set to stay in Canada for the weekend! We were able to book the Forrest Room for 2 weeks on Veteran's Day weekend, which was lovely. The room was spacious, the bed was wonderful, and it even has it's own...
