While this hotel provides direct access to the amazing beach in Long Beach, it is the same beach that all of the other hotels are on: do yourself a favor and stay at one of the others. I didn't expect big city service or amenities for on our stay in long beach, but The Breakers takes rustic vacation get away...

Our family really enjoyed our stay. There is lots to do here with family. There is a playground, horse shoe pit. And a whole beach to explore. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the rooms were very well equipped. The 4th of July in Long Beach is very exciting.

Room was great and spacious, staff was friendly and rate was wonderful. We had lots of family in the area at different hotels and we definitely had the best, the only draw back was that every one wanted to hang at our place so we had to feed them.

We had a great time here, and for the price it would be tough to beat. Highlights: Grills with complementary charcoal Complimentary bikes Nice playground toys for the kids to play on Trail for walking to the beach I do wish it was closer to the beach, but it is an enjoyable walk.

Two other couples who have been there before, joined us at The Breakers on May 8th. We enjoy the consistently excellent assistance from all the employees. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped. The nearby communities are peaceful and interesting. The scenery is breath taking. The condos are cute little vacation spots that individuals decorate themselves, not a sterile ultra...

Got a great groupon deal. Stayed 2 nights with my husband and grandson. We had a one bedroom condo. The furniture, appliances and decor were definitely dated (80's) but the unit was clean and the carpet was new. No funky smells. The linens were clean and smelled clean. That's a pet peeve of mine! Kitchen was fully furnished. The Pull...

Reserved the hot tube room. Wife loved it, spent 3 days soaking and watching cartoons. Clam was a bust but we didn't care we had a hot tube to warm up in. To be honest was very nice to be in a clothing optional situation if you know what I mean.

Nice location in Long Beach, great campus with lots of grass, access to beach and Discovery Trail, small indoor pool and outdoor hot tub, bikes for use, pleasant staff. Older well-maintained, big three-story condo buildings. Our second-story one-bedroom unit was nicely sized and furnished, except sofa and bed were too soft and bathtub was oddly stained and dirty-looking. Our unit...

If I could go 3.5 stars, that would be perfect - we went down to Long Beach for the Razor Clam festival and really had a great time. Our unit at the hotel looked like a grandmother's cottage, but was extremely well equipped. The towels were nicer than expected. The hotel is situated right at the start of a three...

This is a decent hotel and it feels like it is oriented towards families. They have trails down to the water and a place to have picnics. Room was clean and in good condition. Not the nicest place ever, but we'd stay again.
