This place certainly needs some work, and the fact that there is a kitchenette with all broken everything should have been my first clue. There are no electrical outlets in the bathroom either. The staff is really friendly, but I think they cater more to those that live in motels rather than those needing a quick stop to rest for...

This is the cheapest motel in the county frequented mainly by drug addicts, homeless when they get the money together to share a party room and prostitutes to turn tricks. Dirty, dingy, loud and scummy. Plenty of wild life around at night of the two legged variety.

terrible. It was like falling down the rabbit hole... 3-legged kitchenette tables, crooked wall-mounted night stands, closets without any rods, graffiti medicine chests without any shelves, no towels, coffee pot, smoke detector or batteries... and then there was mold, rust, dirt, and odors. The maid came into my room 2 different days without knocking and there are no do-not-disturb signs....

This place was a normal cheap hotel. It was comfy, everything worked, and it was cheap. The owner and his wife were very nice to us, and we all had a fun 4th of July, shooting off fireworks in the front of hotel. Everyone complains too much when they write reviews. I would stay here again

Stayed here while I was in Longview doing a job. Looked at the other reviews. The only good review has pictures that could only be taken from the owners house area. I really dont think they let someone in their house to take pictures, but I could be wrong. I do construction and the kitchen sink was slow to drain,...

This place is terrible. Period. Kids partying, drug dealers coming and going. Fights. Front desk and owners did not care about any of it. Just stay as far away from this place as possible. Half the tenants looked like drug addicts. It was dirty, out dated, and smelly. I am not sure who could stay here.

so one night I found myself here at this hotel and I needed a place to stay while traveling in the area. If you want the best of the best this is not your place. If you simply want a place to sleep then you are in luck

We didn't stay at all! This place was so bad our room was absolutely digusting we spent 10 min in there before demanding our money back and finding another hotel. Just simply gross! So not stay here! Then they wouldn't take my debit card made me use cash seriously it's 2014 what hotel doesn't take debit!

This place needs major repairs in room. No water (hot) in bathroom sink. Water linking on kitchen sink. No coffee pot in room or any continental breakfast. No smoke detectors. We had to ask for a shower head in the shower only bathroom (no tub). Bathroom wall was needing a big patch of drywall for repair. Overall cleanliness....was afraid to...

The Town Chalet Motel is a very satisfactory place to stay. I was in town for business and they let me in around nine in the morning, no extra charges. The room is large, the tile in the bathroom was clearly done by hand and looks good, there's a convenient little kitchen, and there's an overall good feeling to the...
