Just returned from Washington / North Cascades (AWESOME!). Stayed at the Buffalo Run Inn for one night -- cancelled the second night. The good: Room (#4) was fairly quiet. Bed was comfortable. The room was reasonably clean. The bad: The owner who checked me in treated me like pond scum. It was truly amazing. This alone made me sorry that...

Thank you for the Ghastly review! The previous guest unplugged the fridge! The AC unit is controlled by the thermostat in plain view on the wall. All you had to do was push the up or down arrows for the correct temperature setting! You claim the food in the restaurant is ghastly and expensive! It would be nice if you...

Let's get one thing straight: If you are looking for a "generic" hotel experience such as a Holiday Inn Express, you are going to find yourself disappointed. But then again, if you are looking for such a motel in the town of Marblemount - a tiny town near North Cascades National Park - you simply aren't going to find one....

Thank you for the great 4 STAR review! I told that damn spider to stop making webs behind the TV! Sorry!

This is a nice and clean little place at the entry to the North Cascades. We have stayed there many times and it is always clean. Most recently, the WiFi was not working. There isn't much cell phone signal in the area, so if connectivity is important, maybe check with the owners to see if the WiFi is fixed. Some...

Thank you for the 4 STAR review! The Wi-Fi is provided by Frontier by DSL and they were having some problems. It was out of our control! As far as the complimentary continental breakfast is concerned, we buy too much stuff as it is!

After the expense of Seattle, we were so pleasantly surprised by the Buffalo Run Inn. Our room was large, comfortable, and very clean, and we loved walking across the road for dinner at the Buffalo Run Restaurant. I wasn't expecting breakfast, but Mitchell, the owner, explained that there was a refrigerator with food in the main area, and it was...

That is all I heard from M after the cabin from hell. This place is incredible. We had room 4. It was quiet, clean, comfortable. The shower was Perfect. I believe M spent 45 minutes in there. The steam and water was rolling off the walls. I was afraid she would set off the fire alarm. There are not enough...

A BIG Thank You for the Marvelous 5 STAR review!

After riding motorcycles over the North Cascades in the pouring rain, we found this gem. Spotlessly clean! Super comfy beds! Quiet. Dinner across the street at the Buffalo Run Restaurant, was great, we ate everything on our plates! Accommodating host. Complimentary continental breakfast. Don't judge a book by its cover...we didn't expect to find such nice accommodations inside when we...

Thank You for the wonderful FOUR STAR review!

We were in Marblemount just for one night, on our way through the north cascades. This hotel was a perfect stopover. Nice, clean, quiet and a friendly and witty owner. Breakfast selection was great too. The restaurant had great food as well. Loved the hummingbirds on the feeders :-) Perfect price/quality!

I would advise staying away from this place. Yes the room was clean and the continental breakfast was OK. However we were accused of taking a pillow and leaving an old used one. This is ridiculous on the face of it. We do not go around the country exchanging pillows with hotels. The initial reservation was for two nights and...

Nobody had rented this room for a week before this customer, and my wife was the housekeeper that cleaned the room! We just replaced all the pillows in the room and when they left, we ended up with a filthy, soiled pillow in place of one of the new ones! Of course they didn't take the pillow, it was the...

My wife and I stayed one night at this location in early October. We were the only people staying at the hotel that night. The price, however, did not reflect the low season and I felt we overpaid significantly. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean and the internet worked fine. Breakfast was adequate but we were left to work...

Thank You for the 4 STAR review! I have never been to Israel, so I don't know what the rooms cost, however a 3 star Holiday Inn in the United States costs at least $100.00, so I can't see how $89.00 for a 4 star inn with a complimentary breakfast and free Wi-Fi is expensive! I'm sorry you had problems...

We really enjoyed our stay at the Buffalo Run Inn. The room was very spacious and clean for out family of 5. If it has not been recently renovated, it is very well kept. There are not many options in Marblemount, so I was pleasantly surprised that it was so nice. You can't beat the location for access to the...

Thank You for the great four STAR review! I realize the breakfast is not the same as the chain hotels give you, however we are trying to balance the price of the rooms with all the other factors involved! If we hire a person to tend the breakfast and improve the selection, then we are going to have to compensate...
