I find this hotel staff just excellent. The hotel has nice touches like complimentary snacks and beverages in the lobby. They have fridge, keurig coffee maker, and microwave in the rooms . The beds and linen were fine and standard. Heater system a little noisy but i was fine. Our children loved to play in the pool and nice that... More

The Hotel and the staff were great, super friendly and very helpful. The meals made to order were definite chef quality. The only disappointment was the pool, very tiny and too shallow for tween kids to jump and have fun in. Perfect location for the flight tour.

We spend the Easter long weekend with them. The lobby and rooms are beautiful, and they only charged $5 per adult to add on breakfast buffet , (which included eggs any way and even omelettes) and the kids are free. The pool was nice and warm and the hot tub was spot on. Ps, they are right at the Boeing... More

An truly excellent experience in hotell staff service mindedness. The staff is the most nice and welcoming staff I have ever met including some really fancy hotels in China and in the Middle East. Everybody makes you feel at home! My wife and I will definitely stay at this hotel at our next visit to the Everett area. It`s actually... More

Towels smell wonderful. Staff is very helpful and courteous. I felt appreciated and valued as a guest here. The view out the windows is fantastic if you enjoy seeing planes take off. You can have a birds eye view of the runways.

I'm not very "nit-picky" about things and usually don't like to complain about certain minor issues because I know they could always be worse, and like a home, no hotel is absolutely perfect 100% of the time. The HGI in Mukilteo is a decent place to stay, especially if you are staying there for business purposes...it has great proximity to... More

I booked this 3 weeks in advance for a 15 day stay for my mother. I was told a price of 99 dollars per night. At check out was charged 99 for first night and 139.00 for the other nights. Very upset about this price gouging. Will never use Hilton again. I am canceling my Hilton Honors membership as well.

stayed here for a cheer competition. Probably would not have stayed if they did not give us the special rate. Our toilet was broken, could not flush it. The pool is way to small and very loud. Bar and wait staff are not that friendly and food is average. But the hotel is clean and the beds are comfortable.

My mother broke her foot on there property. Management offered to help with a car from the emergency room to the house but later refused to pay for it. Horrible follow up. Will make sure to never stay at a hilton property again.

We elected to spend the night here after a Boeing Plant Tour in Everett; the hotel staff were excellent, always ready to assist and answer questions. Because we were there on a Friday evening, it was not busy so we had the run of the place
