In a delightful late 19th century Western American house, with fine period bedrooms, great breakfast, and friendly and helpful hosts. My stay was a real pleasure and I can strongly recommend it. Much, much better than corporate US hotels.

My husband and I traveled to Olympia to spend the weekend with his 13 year-old daughter who lives there. We all stayed at the beautiful Swantown Inn. The inn keepers are warm and welcoming and have lots of tips about interesting things to do and see - and their children are adorable. Our rooms were well appointed and very comfortable....

I booked a room for family members who were going to a funeral the next day in Shelton. I spoke first with Casey, and subsequent phone calls were with Nathan. They were both extremely helpful and kind. My relatives told me when they checked in, they were upgraded to the best room because of their sad circumstances (the funeral for...

Swantown Inn is not for everybody. Be thankful for that! It is a late 1800's type house with stairs to the bedrooms. The home is as it was but with modern updates that blend in seamlessly. Unique architecture and planted grounds that are managed for the bee's. Very quiet area. Gravel parking area. Most important is a restful sleep and...

We exited the Olympia NP park and drove to spend the night at Swantown Inn and Spa in Olympia, WA., Our host was Nathan, the talker! The rooms were cozy small, not quite what we expected from a B&B. Dinner that night was downtown at the Waterstreet Café and Bar where we all had the meatloaf, yummy! Breakfast the next...

Beautiful place, friendly Innkeepers, and a great place to stay with easy access to Seattle, Tacoma, and the Olympic Peninsula. Plan on visiting again on our next trip to Washington. Day trips to Mt Rainer and Mt St Helens as well as Portland are possible.

On the top of a little Hill in Olympia, there is a magical inn called the Swantown Inn & Spa. It's a beautiful historic building with the perfect hosts. The place is wonderfully designed and maintened, the breakfast is one of the most delicious breakfasts we had in a hotel and Nathan, Casey and the kids are soooo welcoming and...

Nice location, great breakfasts, casual atmosphere. Nathan and Casey lined us up with lots of things to do in Olympia; hiking, trail maps, restaurants, etc. They're very knowledgeable about the city and outlying areas, and the inn itself is a beautiful old house from the 1800s, with nice, comfortable rooms. Did the 1 hour massage, too...nice! Highly recommend.

The first thing you notice when you arrive is the beautiful old house and the garden. Both have a lot of love poured into them and we were greeted by Nathan who showed us around, helped us with our bags and made us feel very welcome in their beautiful home. Our room was very comfortable with one of the biggest...

My husband & I spent one night at the Swantown Inn on route from San Francisco to Seattle. We were made to feel most welcome upon arrival & the room we were allocated was extremely comfortable having been tastefully restored & decorated to reflect the era of the old house. A delicious breakfast was served in the morning around a...
