We stayed two nights last summer, and the room rates provide good value. Staying here instead of Lake Chelan provides significant savings, and it's an easy 20 minute drive. The rooms are clean, however the resort is in desperate need of TLC. There is only spotty television service, some of the channels did not work or were extremely fuzzy. Our AC...

We really didn't know what to expect - the website is not great and the reviews were mixed. It's an easy drive from Seattle and you can stop in Wenatchee for missed items. We actually brought a cooler and stocked up on food and beer in Cle Elum. The resort is easy to find. The lobby is nice although the...

12 friends + September weekend + two quad casitas + two rounds of golf = terrific time! Smooth & efficient check in with Shannon, unload the cars and relax. Both units were clean and the kitchens were well stocked. The golf course and the resort lodge are now each under separate ownership, but this would be oblivious if you didn't...

Fun to play 1st hole to last. Fairways are wide and the balls sat up nicely. The greens are large and ran true, almost no ball marks on the green but they held and left one each time so a thank you to those who repairs theirs. The water hazards were a little on the low side if they were...

I was blown away when we stayed here for a wedding last weekend. We had a small one bedroom with a fireplace, 2 tvs, little kitchen with ss appliances and granite tile. Dishwasher, washer, dryer, patio and huge bathroom. The views are amazing and the warm, dry climate is a true treat. The restaurant is across the parking lot and...

Our retired senior foursome played Desert Canyon's Golf Course in June and it was an awesome course. We had great weather - in the 80s and very sunny while it was raining in Seattle. What a difference a very hours over the mountains make. The course was in great shape - we had a 12:30pm tee time and there was...

We stayed in a small one-bedroom unit on July 4 so that we could visit relatives camping near Lake Chelan. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. I thought it was a bargain for $100 a night! I loved the lodge-like decor. The bed was only a full size, but that's probably the only size that would fit...

We stumbled acroos this resort by accident but had an outstanding trip. We checked in and the first thing the kids wanted to do was go swimming. I let them go "wait" for me outside while we got settled in, another guest that was in the pool area which was gated and locked let the kids into the pool. My...

We just returned from a four night stay at the Desert Canyon Lodge. It simply doesn't get any better! Nice property, competitive price, and great service. Shannon was excellent in every way and took extra care to ensure our stay was positive. Thanks Shannon! We played the course three days in a row. As usual, it was impeccably groomed and...

What a great place to stay,Shannon is back and the lodge is in better shape than the last two years. The rooms are in excellent shape and well stocked for cooking and a great grill to barbeque.
