I originally booked this place because it is where an Officer and a Gentleman was filmed and I thought it would be fun. When we got there the room was awful. I went to the office and asked if I could change to a newer room. They were very accommodating and let me do that . Our new room was...

This is a place with a primetime view. It's why the prices are so high. 3rd floor views are enough to tell you to stay another night. Good continental breakfast. Clean rooms. Plenty of outlets in room. Needs attention: Coffee in rooms is one cup at a time and is weak to the taste. Toilet paper is ultra thin. Our...

The view is great! If you are looking for cozy, romantic, clean, and high quality, look at the newer rooms. I stayed two nights in the older section and it was a poor experiance. The walls are paper thin. The only heat was a free-standing space heater. Additionally, they did not change out the towels day to day. There are...

We ended up here with a spontaneous weekend away. At first I was disappointed that we were in the older part of the Inn, but it turned out well. The front desk and housekeeping are very friendly and professional. The room was simple and a bit outdated, but the tub on the deck is pretty awesome. 10:00 is quiet time...

Where to begin... You have to understand that this hotel is in two distinct sections. The newer part which are the 2, 3 story buildings you see in the pictures and the much older "motel" section. My colleague and I were placed in rooms 20 & 21 in the old section. This part of the property looks like a motor...

Had a great couple of nights here in one of the older rooms, wonderful furniture, very comfy beds and a very relaxing overall feel. Fantastic views and wonderful helpful staff. Good Breakfast and overall well worth staying right in the town. This is an old place and we expected that it would have thin walls, limited facilities like no fridge...

We appreciate you sharing your experience at the Tides Inn & Suites and we are glad you enjoyed your stay in our original building. Keep in mind of our premium rooms in our newer building. It features more contemporary accommodation with same beautiful water front view but special amenities including in-room gas fireplace and jacuzzi tub. Thank you and we...

Had a great stay. The bed was comfy and the eclectic furniture really kept you in the time period of the historical town. We enjoyed the jacuzzi tub very cool waterfall like features. Also, I want to give a big thank you to Skeeter at the front desk for mailing my photo booth pictures back to us that I thought...

We stayed in a room with a single queen bed in the one story building. We had a porch that was ten feet from the edge of the water. The view was beautiful. We watched the moon rise over the bay. The furnishings were dated, but clean. The room was small. The shower and bathroom were tiny. The included breakfast...

Stayed in the Officer and Gentlemen suite. This is an older room, don't expect high end...but it was super charming. Bed was comfy with a great view for a 1st floor room. The jacuzzi tub is cleaned daily and was perfect on a cold night! Great deck. Good continental breakfast with bagels, muffin, yogurt and fruit. The staff were super...

I stayed here with my wife and infant for a weekend in November. Aside from it smelling like incense when we first walked in, it was really nice and we were happy with our stay. HOWEVER! I left a T-shirt there. Of course it was one of my favorites. They called me to inform me it was forgotten and if...
