We booked at the last minute but still, $270 to $300 for this room was way overpriced. The décor was faux French, very cheap and tacky although new. The room was big enough but only a queen bed was available. Free breakfast was what you...More
Recently visiting Port Townsend, WA, I needed to find a place to have visiting guests stay. This beautiful inn on the sea was the answer. There are rooms on the Port Townsend Bay with jacuzzis on the deck. There is an elevator and a nice...More
Coming from a hospitality background, the cost of this room for the quality provided to the customer/guest is very very disappointing. Keep driving until you get a quality room that equates to the money you paid. The exterior of the facility is in serious need...More
We only stayed on night, rooms was large and clean, ours came with large Jacuzzi tub. Balcony gave us a great view of the bay and the thunderstorm that came in the evening. This is a good place to stay when visiting Port Townsend.

Thank you for your interest in Tides Inn. The 2 queen, dog-friendly room does have a water-view and a small patio off of the entry door. It is part of our original building which is more like a traditional beach front inn with exterior entrance. The rooms are dated, but it is clean with a charming feel.
Also, the room is reasonably quiet as it is on the water-side of the building and not the street side. The room is on the ground floor and that section of the room is a single story with no rooms above the room. Finally, there is no noise factor from the ferry to be concerned about.
I hope the information was helpful and we look forward to having you stay with us. Please don't hesitate to contact us at 1-800-822-8696 if you have any further questions or concerns. Thank you.
