The staff tried very hard to make our visit good from Cheryl at the front desk, to the lead in the hotel restaurant during the days, to housekeeping who made up our room everyday. I would say thanks. The price was good. The motel was quiet even though it was full.

My husband and I stayed here while I was attending a conference at another nearby hotel. We choose this inn as it was economical. We were very pleased at how quiet it was. Breakfasts which were included in the price were exceptional. A waitress served us our beverages and there was a breakfast buffet which provided a large variety of...

Very polite and informative front desk folks. Rooms were older and smaller than most hotels but clean and at a affordable price. Seemed like kids really enjoyed the outdoor pool. Breakfast was ok but best thing about the hotel is it's located next to a long walking trail next to the river. Great place to relax and strech the legs...

Location is stellar. Close to river. Great Dining Price is about 10 less than Garden Inn in Kennebec Rooms need to be cleaned. Rug is disgusting. Cobwebs in corners. Staff may or may not make bed. Breakfast is lacking. Very few choices. (no juice, limited fruit, stale muffins, powdered eggs, sausage). Waitress grudgingly refilled coffee. Do not order from menu...

This was our third or fourth stay at this Shilo, it will be the last. They just really need to fix it up totally. It is sad since it is a great location and has one of the best outdoor pool areas. The bar and outdoor patio is very nice, so we will go back for that for sure. The...

This hotel looks worse on the outside than on the inside. Room seemed to be recently renovated. Reliable WiFi, lots of parking. This is a conference hotel, so they have an on-site restaurant that serves good food and can handle large groups, at least in terms of space. Hotel lobby and restaurant are well-appointed, lobby is very spacious. Responsive housekeeping....

The room was spacious, although a bit older with some chips on the furniture. Breakfast was always pretty good, and it was on the river. Had trouble with the printer and computer one morning when I needed to print, but otherwise fine. Also, weird that they gave out traditional keys instead of key cards.

We are always thankful for lodging that accepts pets, and often I suspect pet rooms are the lesser rooms, which may be the case here. We called and booked a king, but ended up with a queen, in a very tiny room (267, I think). We really wanted a river view, but no pet rooms with a view. 😯 It...

This place is amazing.....The Redwood wing is so nice & spacious. The Free limo is a class act. Then there was the tropical Oasis..... Never seen such a nice pool in spa, and that includes stays in Vegas. Can't wait to go back and relax again...

This motel is a little dated even uses real keys still, but in my mind that can be a plus don't know how many times my key card has failed at motels. Front desk is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast Buffet was hot and filling but not very exciting sausage, eggs, cereal etc.
