We stayed at the Lodge for one night last September on our way back from a MT and WY trip. We knew we would be back.....this time we stayed for three nights! The staff and service at the Lodge is outstanding (thank you Janice and Bobbi!) We love the view, and the room is well appointed with a microwave, small fridge and sink. One of us enjoys a bath and the soaking tub is wonderful. We appreciated that you could walk to many excellent restaurants from the Lodge without having to get in the car. This time we borrowed the Lodge's bikes and that was a lot of fun. The Lodge is very relaxing and we truly relish walking on the beautiful riverfront walkway right in front of the hotel. This was the second visit and we know we will be back for a third time. Thank you.

Hotel's Favourite
We stayed here for a week over the holidays. We LOVED our riverfront premium room. The views and wildlife watching are fantastic and the path outside the hotel is a great way to walk the town. The daily breakfast was wonderful as well. Customer service is a priority at this hotel and you can tell. Every staff member was amazing. They are also very dog friendly, which we appreciated!

This was the first time the stay has been disappointing. Even though we booked far in advance, we received the room with the broken Air Conditioner, and couldn’t access the patio directly because the doors were closed and taped shut for the temporary AC units. They were also very loud which interrupted sleep throughout the night. Frankly, it was very disappointing and really made for a less enjoyable trip - as everyone was a bit tired from the lack of sleep... and didn’t get to enjoy the patio the way we had hoped obviously. Anyhow, it’s a beautiful property... just wasn’t the type of stay we have come to expect.

We remain really disappointed the Air Conditioner repair wasn't completed as quickly as anticipated and so sorry we didn't have an alternative room for you to consider. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to providing the great experience you've always known at our next opportunity. Thank you.

This has to be one of the best places that us girls have visited. We have stayed in the same room both times and the Staff has always been very Kind. We are already planning a trip back soon. It was fun.

I stayed at the Lodge for 4 nights this time. It was very comfortable, clean, great shower and mattress. It's right along the river with a walking trail, and good restaurants next door. There is a restaurant and wine bar, it's nice to see people around the hotel again.
