Sheets torn and didn't fit the bed. Bathroom was gross: hair in tub and in corners of bathroom. Window in room wouldn't close. Room smelled of bad body odor. Carpet badly stained in hallways. Switched rooms and second room was no better. There is a reason why this hotel is priced the way it is. If you like cleanliness this...

My husband, 2 college-age sons, and I stayed here on August 18. This was a great location for us to stay the night before our flight home. The check-in was quick, and the clerk very friendly. Our suite was clean, quiet (even though we were in the flight-path for planes), and large. We had 2 Q beds in the bedroom,...

Love the quietness of the hotel. Also the fact of it aiding in the cruise ship connections. Problem was the breakfast room was far from the room an not enough items so that folks didn't back up for the waffles or toaster. So get there real early or you wont get much to eat. Also could not find a working...

We visited this establishment just to sleep for a couple of hours after getting into Washington late. The double bed reservation was upgraded to the deluxe suite. The room was a huge double (2 double beds and pull out couch) but then it is attached to a king size room that is separated and both are noise reduced because it...

Airport pick up was very prompt but the van was really rundown and dirty inside. Check-in was pretty standard. Our room was located in the rear building. The desk clerk gave us directions and there were some signs but it was difficult to find our room. We later figured out that it was much simpler and more direct to go...

While staying at the Comfort Inn Sea Tac I found a sanitary napkin at the foot of my bed. I told the night auditor what had happened and he told me that he could no do anything, but he would let the manager know. I asked that he have the manage contact me. After 72 hours of not hearing from...

I was nervous about staying here after seeing all the negative reviews, but my stay was just fine. Even though I used points, I was given a renovated, roomy king room with fridge and micro. The only thing that was old was the A/C (I agree it didn't look great) but it worked just fine and was quiet. My only...

This hotel was our last resort as we were stranded at the airport on a return trip home after our flight was cancelled. The rundown, dreary shuttle that picks you up from the airport was the first sign. The hallways & rooms had that same depressing feeling. Stains on the drapes & chair, finger nail clippings on the carpet, fridge...

Changed rooms three times due to lack of cleanliness and broken/not working room items... ended up in a room where there were stains on the sheets and one bedspread, holes in one sheet, holes in the wall, torn wallpaper, the toilet roll holder literally fell out of the wall (the whole think), the bathtub was dirty, the curtain was ripped...

Room itself wasn't bad. Pretty standard. Lots of broken things in the halls like drinking fountains and ice machines. Also some elevators were out of service. If you get it for cheap then it is alright. I was happy with the room itself.
