This is an older hotel and shows its age. The hotel is super easy to get to and is in walking distance to the ski slopes. There is a restaurant located on the property with large breakfasts and meals to go.

Summit Inn was the only hotel I could find right across from the ski hill (across the highway that you can walk across because it's a quiet highway). The place was 1-2 stars depending on what site we looked at and we thought we'd just take it because it would save the drive. Our 2nd floor room had a view...

I think that this place was probably pretty good before the new management came in and thought that they could run it like a normal hotel. They make it quite inconvenient to do things like dry clothes, and the "upper" management is very unfriendly - lower level staff were all great though. For what you're paying, you're not getting your...

My husband and I have stayed in many hotels in the US and Europe. As much as we like the high end ones, we especially appreciate good service and affordability. Sunny at the front desk always takes excellent care of us, changing our rooms when needed (only once), and rewarding our regular stays with kindness and warmth, remembering our names,...

It is one of the many perks of our job to have the opportunity to welcome familiar faces and friends back through our front doors. We truly appreciate your recommendation, as well as being considered a top hotel offering good service and great value. Sunny will be so happy to read your kind words. Thank you again for being loyal...

hotel has no control over road closures. However, they do have control, or should have control on how the hotel services are provided. Employees went home never came back. Rude, not helpful at all. Restaurant closed, no maid service, vending machines broken.

Horrible customer service, manager is rude and swindler. Harasses guests and other people in hotel. Very outdated rooms. Very hard to understand some of staff and no guarantee on any service sometimes or having someone on phone to resolve issues.

Located accross the street from ski runs the Summit Inn is perfectly located for immersion in "Winter" (provided you hit the weather). Parking was sufficient, beds were firm, room was basic but better than adequate. When in the halls the noise level was high, but even on the street side of the Inn the loudest noise was snow sliding off...

Very poor customer service. Our bed was missing a pillow and a blanket. Bed was hard and extremely uncomfortable. Woke up with an extremely sore back. Bathroom was very dark since a light bulb was out. Bathroom had a hole in the wall with a horrible attempt to patch. Elevator was broken so the hotel closed all upstairs rooms. Room...

Pleasantly surprised. Booked this hotel through dot com hotels and payed about 70 euro. Little worried what to expect. After flying and driving 10 hours we loved the room we were placed in. The lady at the desk told us we still could use the Hot Tub. Well that was a great wellness for our body after that long travels....

Our first night we found 5 bed bugs in the bed at 12:00 am. We collected a sample and took it to the front desk where they crushed it and we watched the blood spurt out. The night clerk claimed it wasn't a bed bug because she said it didn't look like one. Thankfully we were put in another room...
