Requested a particular room in advance - did not get it even though it was empty the whole time we were there. Told our room was the "equivalent" - it was NOT. Got no room service - had to go to the office twice to request towels, Kleenex, etc. because no one ever answered the office phone. Kitchen on verge...

I stayed at this place they call a Inn. Seriously what an absolute joke. This place is not relaxing be aware of all the crack heads make sure nothing of value is left in your car, even though you would probably be better sleeping in your car. The new owners are horrible seems like they are too rich for their...

I loved my stay at the Inn at Soap Lake. Staff extremely helpful and very polite. Mineral plumbed into the rooms. After hiking the countryside, soaked and felt amazing. I read some other reviews, I suspect those are people that want something for free. The rooms are VERY reasonable priced and clean. Noticed many changes that enhance the natural beauty...

Seems to be a lot of physical changes(money spent) , on the facilities recently/under way. The completed city improvement project in town is AWESOME! The smart businesses are trying to capitalize. Seattle, Spokane and Portland are trendy, go there! Stay away from Soap Lake.

Where to start....we booked 3 rooms for 1 night in April and received confirmation with 'Jenny' but when we checked in mid day on Saturday 7/29 after a long hot day on the road, we were told by the rude and condescending check in lady that we only had 2 rooms for our party of 6!!! She was absolutely unhelpful...

We've been coming to this place for a few years now and loved the hospitality of prior owners. They were looking forward to us coming, new us and went above and beyond to satisfy their customers. As of 2016 ownership had changed and new owners didn't even try to retain the old clientele. I saw many upset customers who were...

New owner upgraded the hotel, rooms are clean and nice; however the management made my vacation experience unwelcome and not accommodating. New check-in rules are especially inconvenient for guests that travel from a long distance.

Our family has been traveling to Soap Lake for years and staying at the Inn or the Notaras each time. This last trip I had no intention of deviating off Hwy90 because it would add to my trip on the way but Colleen was so accommodating and friendly when I called to check rates for my return I re-rerouted. She...

The Inn manager took my reservation poorly making a mistake of adding one more night to my stay, and when confronted about it was very unfriendly and unaccommodating. Please beware of that incompetent behavior on the management's part. I also wasn't thrilled about their no refund two week cancellation policy as well as paying upfront at check-in.. The kitchen was...
