It was a celebration of sorts, Charming Bride was done with chemo and counting down to the start of her radiation treatment, She has not been able to get out and about due to her compromised immune system, so this was a special event for us. Our original intent was to meet in Ellensburg, sort of the half way point...

We stayed in the Milwaukee Caboose. Very good job in converting a caboose into a motel room. Bed comfortable, Bathroom small, but functional . Loved the seats in the cupola. Inn a great RR Museum, especially on the Milwaukee Road. Excellent self guided walking tour of the old Divisional Point facilities. Morning breakfast was very good, home made pancakes great....

My wife and I were attending a wedding in the area and choose to stay here. So did many other attendees after we found this lovely B&B. No one was disappointed. In fact, it was a fabulous experience. Cozy, charming, a National Historic Register location. Innkeepers are wonderful hosts, great cooks and love telling about the history of this former...

Recently elected to stay at this historic former railroad bed & breakfast while we attended a local event . The inn keepers are very helpeful in sharing local restaurant recommendations. The inn is filled with railroad collectibles & would be a choice destination stay for train enthusiasts. The breakfast served each morning are hearty & filling.

Oh my. We loved this place! Doug and Mary are the best hosts of any B&B we have ever stayed at. There were 12 of us for our annual cousinfest. We had all four train cars and 2 rooms in the inn. We had a choice of 8:00am or 9:00am for breakfast, and WOW! What a breakfast. Doug is an...

We recently stayed at the Inn and would stay there again whenever we are in town! Mary was our first point of contact as we made reservations, she helped me make a decision on a room and called the next day to confirm. Upon arrival, Mary was there for us the entire time. She went out of her way to...

We chose to stay at the Iron Horse Inn, because it seemed more interesting than the 'big box motels,' and it was more affordable. What a great decision! Mary was very helpful and friendly while making the reservation, checking us in, and made great suggestions for our dinner restaurant. Doug made a very good 2-course breakfast (choose the Train Wreck,...

Stumbled across this very cool place as I was fishing the Cascades. As a huge train buff I was excited to stay in my own comfortable caboose. There is memorabilia all over with more rooms in the main house. Absolutely impressed.

We stayed here on a bicycle ride from Ellensburg to Seattle on the Iron Horse State Park/John Wayne Pioneer Trail. This Inn is mere feet from the trail in South Cle Elum so it is an unbeatable location. We were able to lock up our bikes securely away from the street. We stayed in the Bill Crossman room. Quiet and...

What a wonderful place to stay. If your a railroad history buff this is your place. Doug and Mary are wonderful hosts who will go out of their way to help you. Breakfast was amazing. Homemade applesauce and pineapple zucchini bread. Then almond crusted french toast. I will be back!!!!!!!
