The room was dirty and old. It was so filthy that I wouldn't walk on the floor with no shoes on. The air conditioning did not work and was really loud. It was so disgusting that I wouldn't cover myself with the bedspread. Horrible place. If you want cheap and dirty, this is your place. Ugh

I've stayed here several hundred times over the past 15 years on business trips to Spokane, Washington. The Inn is rather old, the room carpets should be cleaned more often in my opinion, however the staff is friendly and there prices are very reasonable.

The Inn is old and showing it's age, but the management is keeping it clean and for the money, not all that bad. It is noisy being right on Division. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Had no problems with the room. It does have good WiFi.

Stayed here for 2 nights to attend a wedding. The beds were hard for me and I did not sleep well, however my husband did. We stayed on bottom floor and you could here every stomp and step and creak and crack and people as they went to the toilet. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean, just wish...

Staff is friendly, and accommodating. The pool is very clean. We stayed in a family suite which was nice to have a separate room! Full sized kitchen and fridge!!! The price was excellent! Definitely check this place out! Will stay here again if in the area!

This hotel reminds me of the 70's type hotels (shows my age). However, they are working very hard in keeping it up. The grounds are kept up, the buildings as far as I could tell are maintained, and the rooms-especially ours( 108) was in good shape. Our room was pretty big, and the rate was quite fair. The only drawback...

Our group stayed here in a couple of the 3-bedroom suites. Clean and functional. Don't look for more .... as the price reflects simple accommodations - but worth it for an inexpensive overnighter. They take CANADIAN money at PAR!!! Don't count on anything healthy at the breakfast bar though ... I haven't seen that much white bread in YEARS ....

We stayed for one night. The room was ok, the carpet stained beyond repair. Bathroom was functioning; lighting was not quite bright enough to read. The bed was well used. There was a micro and a (very noisy) fridge in the room . We did not partake their breakfast as it was all carbs. We did not use the pool...

I have no idea how this got positive reviews. We booked this hotel on the positive reviews it got and it was horrible. Very dirty, mattresses had stains, blood on sheets. OMG horrible. Do not stay here.
