Older property in need of updating. Paper thin walls - we heard entire cell phone conversation in adjacent room at 6 AM!! We could never get a table at the moderate priced tavern which forced you to either go to the overpriced dining room or drive off property. Contrary to the website there was never a concierge on site to...

The location is gorgeous so if you want to tolerate over-priced mediocrity at best, at least know what you are in for. The cost to stay is way over-priced for what you get. The resort fee is a total scam and really makes the rate not worth it. We don't mind paying but there needs to be value and Skamania...

I ordered room service; a bowl of oat meal (came in a to-go container), breakfast burrito and coffee came to $50.00! The mark up on the food and "packing fee" (what is that all about??) was a sticker shock. Not sure if they mentioned "packing fee" in small print. Someone made bank on my bowl of oatmeal that day!! Okay...

Lovely Northwest resort -perfect for a destination get-away! Top notch amenities with attractions on site such a zip-line, golf and hiking. Popular for weddings or upscale family retreats. The Sunday Brunch is a must.

Lodge was charming, lovely views, food excellent, staff friendly and helpful. Great room crowded at times. On weekends, make reservations for dinner and Sunday brunch. River Rock bar always busy, expect a wait for a table.

Overall an okay experience. Was very overpriced in my opinion. Wanted to watch movie through laptop/HDMI but TV does not accept option to change input so that was disappointing. I asked front desk and there was nothing they could do. Pool and spa were nice. Employees were friendly. We went on Sunday night/Monday morning and it was quite empty so...

The lodge is lovely and has a beautiful "Northwest Rustic" ambience. Public spaces offer great views of the river for those (like us) not upgrading to a view room. Got a good deal reservation through Groupon and our room was warm and comfortable. Food and drink in The River Rock Bar and Restaurant was very good but wait time for...

We had a great room with a great view. The bed was comfy and TV worked great. Enjoyed a great dinner here, but the room was way too cold. All was good until I got my folio which included the room, the usual taxes, and something called the Lodge Fee. I assumed correctly that this was one of those money...

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Skamania Lodge. As you walk in the lobby you are greeted by a huge wood burning fireplace with a magnificent view of the Columbia River. The views are beautiful, and I highly recommend staying on the river side. Our accommodations had a nice seating area with a fireplace that we made use of...

I fully expected a Four Seasons resort level of service and this resort is. I where near. I had to go to the restaurant to get a glass of wine I placed my order and asked if they would take to the lobby and was told no. This was early in the lunch service and the restaurant was fairly empty....
