Some high points and some average points. Our rate was $234 per night. No TV, room service or mini-bar. My husband was in a cast so he was limited in activities. We expected a more professional staff.

We have been to Sun Mountain Lodge many times and find it an ideal spot for us. Basically it combines great outdoor activities with very modern, upscale accommodations. It is as the name implies, on a mountain top with amazing vistas from many of the rooms of the Methow Valley and Mt. Robson. There are plenty of deer and birds... More

This is easily one of the favorite places we've stayed. Wonderful rooms in a beautiful setting with plenty to do. Our room (Mt. Robinson king) had a balcony overlooking the Methow Valley, a fireplace, whirlpool tub and a sitting area. There are 2 heated pools, tennis courts, a game room, hiking trails, horseback riding and a spa. I sat outside... More

We stayed at the lodge for three nights, It was a glorious place to stay. The lodge itself was gorgeous inside. The restaurant was very nice. Be sure you get a table by the window because the view is breathtaking. Good food, great wine, wonderful service. Take some time to sit in one of the hot tubs outside and take... More

Stayed here while visiting the North Cascade Mtns. The place is a bit far from the park but the surroundings are beautiful. The kids did kayaking and horseback riding with evening cowboy dinner and totally enjoyed it. The rooms are very spacious and well appointed and we had a great view overlooking mtns and pool area. While the place has... More

My husband and I came for a belated anniversary. He had been there on the fire so we had to postpone our 11th. I have to admit I was surprised by the beauty of grounds. The staff are all so kind and go out of their way to help you out. The food is amazing! I don't say that lightly.... More

I was married at Sun Mountain Lodge and just spent my 24th anniversary there. If you are looking for an escape from everyday city life, Sun Mountain offers luxury accommodations and excellent dining surrounded by Mother Nature's beauty and bounty. While having a glass of wine on the outdoor deck of the bar, we spotted deer and a bear down... More

We arrived at Sun Mountain Lodge, 54 strong, for a week long family reunion on July 19, 2014. Unfortunately the devastating forest fires arrived as we did. We were only able to stay at the lodge for two nights, due to lack of power and a stage two evacuation level (stage three would be mandatory evacuation). Despite the circumstances, the... More

I visited the Sun Mountain Lodge in July 2014 with my mother, daughter, and niece as a girls trip. The drive up was beautiful, the property itself is breathtaking. You're so high up, all you see around you are beautiful mountains, wildflowers, and deer. We stayed in a Gardner Room room which had a king size bed, and day bed,... More
