This is a unique destination. The number of rooms is small, but the building is rather large to accommodate the cooking class and the personnel residence of Nancy, the proprietor. We reserved the Honeymoon suite for the King bed. Very unique and a huge bathroom with Jacuzzi and large shower, liked the heated tile floor. While we are geezers, this...

Thank you for writing your review, somehow I over looked it, as I would have responded earlier. I have thought of you often as you gave me some great tips for capitalizing and promoting what we do here. It was a pleasure meeting you and hope that one day you can come back for another visit! Spent 2 nights at L'auberge on our way to Portland. It was located in the country side so very serene. We stayed in the Chef's quarters which was very comfortable and well equipped with full kitchen. Older bedding but very comfortable bed. We enjoyed a basket of fresh croissants each morning. The cooking class and subsequent dinner was the highlight....

I took my husband here for a surprise birthday trip and we had a great time! Peaceful environment, quality hostess and amazing cooking class. I really felt like, for one day, I was in Europe! Thank you, Nancy, for a wonderful visit in your beautiful B and B.

Cindy you and Stephen were such an adorable couple...I really thought you two were newly weds...What is your secret? Back on track here...we really do try our best to provide a taste, an experience that is reminiscent of the Loire Valley of France...so it's nice that you appreciated our effort..as we love sharing "La Belle France" with all of our...

Unfortunately, the Auberge is somewhat difficult to find and defeated 2 gps units but we managed to find our way. I somewhat agree with cindyla58, the place does need a little updating but all the basic requirements are there and the shower in our suite was great even though you had to climb into a jacuzzi tub to use it....

Bonjour Connie: Thanks for your review. The Studio Suite does have a very large (4 person) Jacuzzi type bathtub...it does have a step to climb into it, maybe you missed it? Thought I do have to admit, even with the step you do have to climb into it and maybe for older folks it is not that convenient...not that I...

First, this place is NOT what the website says...it might have been several years ago, but not currently. It is in need of a ALOT of TLC . The grounds are overgrown, the room my friends and I stayed in was very strange, it was a mix of old and just slightly newer, I slept in a closet on a...

Hi and good morning to you Cindy: There are three things that I want to address: We serve a French petit dejeuner every morning...which are croissant and chocolate and almond type of croissant directly out of the oven, nothing that has pear in it. We serve what we advertise and do not deviate. We do however make a pear kutchen...

We were gifted a Groupon for 2 nights at Auberge, including a French cooking class. I will start with the negatives, as I believe it is best to end with the good stuff. Our Groupon was for the studio suite. When I called to book our stay, it was very difficult to find dates where the studio was available before...

Hi Amy: I certainly understand how frustrating it is when you call an establishment and not much is available. It is rare for us to do this type of promotions for two nights and a cooking class and we were surprised as well how popular it was. The bookings came in quickly and of course weekends were the first to...

I was planning to propose to my girlfriend of 4 years that night...

DO NOT STAY HERE if you are thinking this is anywhere near the wineries and great restaurants of Woodinville. It is no where near them! The rooms are okay but priced much higher than they are worth. We are sorry you are disappointed with our cancellation policy. Having the ability to move you to another suite would not have saved you any money...as the suite you were in was the least costly. We did send you a map and directions, I'm sorry you found us difficult to find after visiting the wineries in downtown Woodinville.

This review is kind of hard to post. Did we enjoy ourselves? Yes. But we always enjoy ourselves. We really enjoyed eating our dinner with the other guests. Bonjour Jack: Yes, I remember that class well! That's the class where we had a new Chef working with us for the first time AND also the class that we lost our oven in.
