During our stay, we have no complaints. On the contrary, very comfortable mattress, everything was very clean, including the bathroom, even had clean towels every day. We thought that we were going to have and old tv, but now we had an HDTV. The place was secure, we even walked to Target that is like 2 blocks away and bought...

I found The Guesthouse Inn in my AAA book and called ahead from the car to make a room reservation. Jason was very friendly and when we arrived, check-in was quick. There are two floors; our room was on the first floor, with outside corridors. There was a washer and dryer right down the sidewalk from our room, which was...

Good points - cheap rate compared to other motels. Breakfast was included - not much, but better than nothing. The motel itself seemed kind of dingy/depressing. Poorly lit outside the rooms and not a nice room, just passable, very old not particularly clean. Couldn't have stayed more than a night here. Staff seemed a little 'rough'. The area was not...

This a hard to find hotel, you have to drive through Target's parking lot to behind all the businesses in the strip mall to get to the hotel. Rooms are OK clean, not the greatest but not the worst. Fine for a one night stay. Cheap hotel that you get what you pay for.

First of all this is a walk-by. If you want to open your window to get a little natural light, anyone walking by (on the frayed indoor/outdoor carpeted walkway) to get to their room can't help but look in yours. The rooms are also extremely narrow. There is slightly less than two feet of space between the end of the...

This two story older refinished motel is very convenient close to downtown and other big name hotels. However the makeover was not done with quality in mind and therefore many small things are amiss. The pillow cases where old and had small bits of balled u fabric on them, the tub insert had cracking newish paint peeling away from it...

For the price it was okay, location was good for the event we attended. Room was clean albeit really small compared to other guesthouse inns. WiFi was a joke, shouldn't be included as an amenity if you can barely connect and it doesn't stay connected. Check in service was very unprofessional, having something to eat at prime check in time...

Here is the low down on this well located budget hotel. What I liked; *The price point *The Location (great easy walk to conf. center, downtown and shopping areas What I didn't like; *Budget so harder bed, and not my kind of pillows *The FREE breakfast, was a joke - barely enough out for anyone, 2 cereals, a waffle maker,...

The room was terribly small. Old uncomfortable pillows, the carpet was old and dirty, the toilet didn't flush completely, the door was hard to open and close, the TV was old with a dead remote, the front desk didn't answer the phone, the breakfast they advertise consisted of frozen egg patties, shredded cheese, cheap diced ham and muffins so you...

At this price point this is one of the nicest hotels (or motels) that I have ever stayed at . The rooms are clean, quiet, and quite nice. The area seems perfectly safe. The price just can't be beat AFAIK for this level of room. Breakfast is nothing special, but certainly acceptable. At this price you can afford to go...
