Nice comfortable room with amenities. Great location if your business is in Yakima. Right off the Interstate close to convention center.

A comfortable room at an affordable price. Enjoyed having a microwave and refridgerator in the room. Basic and clean for a stop over. Very nice complimentary breakfast is an added bonus. Friendly staff. Quiet location and very thankful that the AC worked great--it was 100 degrees! I stayed four nights while at a conference. No ambience but it felt safe.

The room was comfortable and well appointed but our air conditioner was so loud and we didnt realize it after my son had already fell asleep on the bed so we couldnt move to a new room. And I mean by so loud that it sounded like it was going to explode, and it was 105 degrees that day so...

Very moderate cost and adequate for a stop over. Breakfast okay and typical for lower cost lodging. Room was clean and acceptable. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Good location right off the interstate but did not hear traffic noise. If you want more ambience and service and want to pay more, three other hotels in same location.

Stayed here just one quick night en route to Seattle. We found the staff to be super-friendly, the kind of genuine niceness I love about small towns. One of our chief concerns was safety as our car was packed so we were relieved at how well-lit the parking lot is. The hotel is very close to downtown Yakima and within...

We are in agreement with most of the reviews of this property. The units are small but efficent. We found our room to be quiet, clean and the staff seemed very genuine and considerate. The location is close to the freeway exit and the convention center. This not a five star hotel nor does it pretend to be. It is...

We made reservations in advance, asking for a handi-capped room, but when we arrived, there was no handicapped room available. My husband has mobility issues, and stairs are a problem, and we were given a room a distance from the stairs on the second floor as nothing was available on the ground floor, even though we booked 3 months in...

This is our place of choice to stay in Yakima. Clean small room that has everything you need. Very friendly staff. And a price that's hard to beat

As usual, clean, quiet, nice rooms and reasonable priced. We stay here 1 or 2 times a year and have yet to have a bad experience. This time I bugged the attendant a couple times, once because I needed him to open the room safe due to my error. Always pleasant, cheerful and willing to help. Highly recommended!

Guesthouse Inn is a remodeled, old fashioned motel, with outside doors, like you used to find back in the 50s, 60s, and 70s. But the owners here have worked hard to update their small rooms and have included a small refrigerator and microwave. The rooms are clean but the bed (at least in our room) is hard. Thankfully, we bring...
