My family stayed here the night before our white water rafting trip. First of all, the room that we had booked online was given to someone else, so five of us were put into a room with one bed and one pull-out couch. When we got to our room, the door was ajar, which was very strange. Then, we noticed that we had no toiletries, no bedding for the pull-out couch, and no shower curtain. We also had a toilet that never stopped running. After my husband took several trips to the manager to ask for things that should have been in the room, the five of us went swimming. THIS IS THE REALLY REALLY BAD PART! When we got back to the room, we noticed that a little webcam had been placed on top of our tv, and it was facing the bed. When my husband picked it up, a blue light started flashing on it. He took it to the manager to complain, and the manager REFUSED to call the police….that has GUILTY written all over it if you ask me. We ended up calling the police ourselves. The police officer came and confirmed that it was a little webcam, and that OUR ROOM HAD BEEN BUGGED! We made the police officer check over the entire room, to see if there were any other webcams. At that point, we did not feel comfortable staying there. We asked for a refund, but we still had to pay $52 for some reason. We couldn’t find any other available hotel rooms for that night, it was late, and we had already driven all day. Needless to say, we didn’t sleep at all, as our teenage girls were also freaked out. This was AN EXTREMELY TRAUMATIC EXPERIENCE!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!…
Stayed here-briefly-with my family. First the plusses- the hotel has a parking lot and what appears to be a functioning roof. The minuses- Place is filthy and not like a dope bass line is filthy or a sick dime is filthy. This place is filthy as in it's gross AF. No shower curtain, dog hair in the bed, a chair that needed a towel before I'd let my kids sit on it, you get the idea. Checked out the incredibly large pool and it was dirtier than I've ever seen in a hotel pool. Scum lines, missing tiles, not a place you'd be comfortable putting your body into. Overall, this should be a hard pass. We had a prepaid reservation and didn't care. We checked out as soon as we secured alternative lodging. That says it all.
Chose this hotel because I had stayed here in the past and it was a god experience. Checked into this hotel on 8/4/21. Check in was fine. Requested a room facing the parking lot but ended up on the other side of the hotel but ok. First room was not bad. At least it was relatively clean. TV didn't work and since there was no maintenance people on that night they offer to move us and upgrade our room. That is when it started going bad. Our next room was a mini suite. It was obvious that someone had been in the room before us because the beds were in disarray. Back to the front desk and they give us another room along with a refund of half of our room rate for the inconvenience, Walked into this mini suite and the bathroom was filthy. the floor and tub was covered with long black hairs. Back to the desk. Reassigned to another room. This room was the least offensive but still not good. Couch cushions ripped. In all of the suites we found a common denominator - Floors not vacuumed and uncleaned Tabletops with dried spillage of some kind. If you can - go somewhere else. This place was terrible.…
Upon checking in, I was told if we were going to use the sofa bed, they don't have any additional pillows due to his supplier in China not being able to keep up with the demand. Not enough parking for all the people. My son woke up from sleeping on the sofa bed and his eyes were all red/pink (pink eye) and he was severely upset making sure I wrote a review. Overpriced for what you get and the area.
This hotel is VERY overpriced! Stayed with our small dog (pet fee $30). Our first floor room room had hair on the bathroom floor AND in the micro tiny fridge when we checked in. The beds had zero support. I will say the sheets seemed clean.. We wont be staying here again.
