We were visiting for the Christmas holidays - the room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. Ample, convenient parking, and check-in and out was quick and easy. Nice TV, updated bathroom. All good, and at a very fair price.

I have stayed at many Best Western Hotels in the course of my travels and this is not the best, this was by far the worst I have stayed. The staff and breakfast were OK but the accommodations were very poor; over used and outdated.

This hotel is tucked back off the main street. It is very quiet which made for good sleeping. There is a restaurant right there. I wouldnt say you could walk to town center but it's a quick 5 min drive

Four of us travel to Berkeley Springs every year to hunt deer. We always stay at the Best Western and have never had a bad experience. The restaurant is located just outside the lobby and the food is very good.

Are meals included? Are hot tubs open in the par? Do you pay extra for hot tubs in the park?
Breakfast is the only included meal and it was not that good. Waffles were decent for the kids but nothing really else. Coffee not very good.

Is this hotel withing walking distance to downtown?
Ditto another poster's answer. You would want to drive or at the very least, bicycle to town.

There are definitely 2 levels and NO elevator. I would call and request a first floor room.

what if any restaurants are next to the hotel
We enjoyed the Earthdog Cafe. It's a short drive or a long walk. I recommend driving. Parking is behind the building. Their ribs may be the best I've ever had.

"There is no elevator, so if this is a problem be sure to request a room on the first floor."
"The Inn sits on a hill and I had a little trouble locating it using my GPS but that didn't detract from my overall positive opinion"
"Choose a room on the back. Otherwise you look at the parking lot."
"ask if the mattress is covered with plastic."
