This is a nice hotel located in the heart of downtown Charleston. The staff in the concierge lounge is top notch and they have a great selection of food in both the evening and at breakfast. The staff in the bar are friendly and attentive and you can get a pretty fair dinner in the restaurant, or be served in... More

It had been around 20 years since I last stayed at the Marriott Town Center. We were in town for a family event and had around 10 rooms in our group, including a hospitality suite. Our rooms were nice, but a bit tired. They could definitely use some sprucing up. I do know that several people in our party had... More

I have stayed at this hotel on business many times and I am NEVER disappointed. Their courteous service is always in evidence. If a problem should occur, they are great trouble-shooters. (I have not had any problems, but have observed them solving other problems.) Rooms are clean and serviced. The pool seems to be used as well as the workout... More

We arrived at midnight after a 12 hour travel day, we were road tired and had road grime all over us, we just wanted a clean bed and a nice shower. we checked in to this un-named hotel only to find the bathroom had not been cleaned,... Parking was free which was pleasant because in most cities I have to pay. The employees were very helpful and pleasant. It was right across from a mall and only ten miles from a delightful casino and dog racing.

Clean hotel updated standard Marriott decor. Rooms were small as were bathrooms, but comfortable. Friendly very courteous staff. Breakfast buffet was good with usual selections. Was impressed by two things at breakfast the " Fresh Fruit Actually Fresh" and delicious not soggy frozen. The restaurant manager was hands on walking and greeting guest making sure all was well with your... More

I attended a conference in the Charleston Marriott Town Center hotel. My room was very comfortable and well appointed. Plenty of room, pillows and very evenly controlled AC system. The hotel has a very good restaurant on the main floor. Breakfast was an option of a buffet or off the menu. The buffet was standard fare. They have a dedicated... More

I love the Charleston Marriott. We usually spent several nights there each year. Because it is located directly across from the entrance to the Charleston Town Center, it makes a great place to stay if you want to do a lot of shopping. You will not have to pay for parking, since it is included in your room cost. (At... More

Nicely updated Marriott with excellent location, well equipped gym, pool and spa. Walking distance to mall, convention center (or however they refer to it), shops and restaurants. The front desk staff is very helpful and do a very nice job. We stayed on the 12th floor. View of the mall and convention center. The breakfast room is big and noisy,... More
