Me and ny wife spent a great time in this place. After having rode several miles along the Greenbrier Trail it was so comfortable to relax at it. Moreover, we could enjoy the outstanding hospitality of the innkeepers, Larry and Paula, as well as we had such great conversations with them.

It was fun and relaxing to spend two nights in this 1900-era home, in the quiet little village of Dunmore, WV. Paul and Larry are wonderful hosts, making us feel like family; and Barron, their little dog, was calm and friendly and obeyed his masters' instructions to not "intrude" into the guests' areas.

Being a seasoned B&B guest, I was disappointed in my stay. Upon arriving I went to the front door. My first impression looking up & around was how many webs, bugs, & dirt there was from ceiling to floor. A good sweeping & power washing would take care of this. We stayed in the smoke house, where again insects galore...

We rented the upstairs Griffin room with a queen size bed and daybed with trundle and a private bath with corner shower. The room was a nice size, very clean, with a nice counter top for luggage. One change from on-line photo, the two single chairs & end table have been moved to the common room downstairs and a single...

I'm a landscaper and arborist by trade, first thing was lawn hadn't been mowed in a while. The room we stayed in was the Allegheny Ridge Guest House, it was very nice inside. We thought that the taped paper on the walls for telling you what the lights go to was a little much. I'm clearly old enough to know...

We loved being out of the hustle and bustle and enjoying the beautiful mountains. Easy travel to Cass Railroad and many places for casual eating. Our Hosts were outstanding. And in spite of a severe storm and loss of electricity, the automatic generator kicked right in to keep us comfortable. HIGHLY recommend this place.

This inn is everything I love about B&Bs -- a cozy house with creaky floors, friendly hosts, and hot, delicious breakfasts! We stayed with Larry and Paula for 3 nights in mid-February 2016 for a long weekend at Snowshoe, which is about 30 minutes away by car. We were well-taken care of right from the start: weather forced us to...

Larry and Paula run the place. Very nice Bed and Breakfast. It's an old house that been fixed up and has 4 internal guest rooms and small house out back too. They make a hearty breakfast to start you off each day. They are about 6 miles from the Cass railroad so a good choice if your planning to ride...

Warm friendly hosts, immaculate comfy rooms, and delicious home cooked breakfasts in a quiet WV country setting. Conveniently located near Cass, Green Bank, Snowshoe, Greenbrier Trail and more. What more could you ask for? Don't miss the great baked goods at the corner store nearby.

The two of us biked south on the scenic Greenbrier River rail-to-trail conversion directly from this converted farm house, located a short distance from the Cass trailhead. We left after a nice breakfast, and arranged with our host to transport our vehicle to a stopping point 60 miles down the trail. We were given a box lunch, the car was...
