This is a beautifully kept old family home that the host has lived in for many years. She sat down with us one night and told us her history there and it was a delight to hear stories of her children growing up and how they still come home for the holidays. The home is immaculate and it's so close...

My husband and I celebrated our 9 year anniversary in Fayetteville. We only had one night and really wanted to stay at a B&B versus a hotel. The County Seat B&B was the only B&B in Fayetteville that offered one night reservations. Mrs Pat was a wonderful host and is gifted in hospitality! The house is beautiful and the breakfast...

We stayed at the County Seat B & B for two nights in October, 2016. It is a beautiful, stately old home and the owner, Pat, was extremely friendly and welcoming. Her breakfasts were beyond compare! I would recommend this B & B to anyone staying in the Fayetteville area.

We got the name of this place from the proprietor or the only other B&B in Fayetteville. He only took two night minimums and referred us to County Seat. It is a gracious old house and the proprietress, Pat, is a lovely lady. She was happy to sit and chat or leave us to our own devices if that had...

We needed a place for a quick over-night to be able to pick our daughter up early morning after a holiday visit with friends in the New River Gorge area. At less than $100.00, including tax and breakfast, we were expecting the County Seat B and B to be merely a convenience, but Pat Bennett, our very gracious host, made...

We booked this small B&B only because another we had desired was full. It had good ratings on Trip Advisor but no webpage or fotos to view. So we took a chance. We were very pleased with all aspects of our stay. Pat (owner) was a charming and helpful lady who takes great pride and care in her house and...

We booked online for the Harvey House in the same town and they were overbooked due to the Booking.com not linking properly to their site; however, the manager Bernie was kind enough to go ahead and book us at Pat's County Seat B&B and it was a wonderful experience. the house is beautiful with an abundance of treasures. Pat is...

Stayed at the County Seat for 2 nights with another couple. Easy to find, the house is a large lovely home on lovely grounds. The owner, Pat, took our reservation on honor which is refreshing these days. The house is really convenient to everything, hikes, restaurants, gorge activities, etc. And the price is quite affordable. Pat welcomed us into her...

My wife and I along with another couple stayed at the County Seat B & B in July 2014. We all had an absolutely wonderful time. The house was built in 1910 and is beautiful, inside and out. Old southern charm and ambience, highlighted by Pat Bennett, the owner. Sweet as could be, helpful and pleasant. One night after attending...
