We stayed at this charming bed and breakfast in the most beautiful part of the old stone house (200 years old). The colonial style room and sitting rooms were charming. The views were beautiful. The food was great. Perhaps what we loved best were how comfortable and accommodating the innkeepers were. They have beautiful artwork for display and sale and... More

This B&B is operated by husband and wife artists who showcase their crafts and paintings throughout the Inn. There are so many great reasons to stay here. Besides being located in a supremely peaceful Sleepy Creek Wildlife Park, the Inn is a working farm with guinea hens, llama and baby goats. The guest rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated with gorgeous... More

My husband and I spent a night here while we visited friends in Hedgesville. It was so wonderfully peaceful that I could have spent the day rocking on the porch. The only sounds were from the guinea hens. Spacious and clean bedroom and bath. Ed cooked a huge 3 course breakfast that we thoroughly enjoyed. Would definitely stay here again... More

Just delightful. Ed and Cat, the hosts/owners are fascinating people. The room was comfortable with a modern bath and good A/C. Breakfast was over the top. It is now almost 3 PM and stillnot hungry! They are selling the property so hope new owners keep it the same.

My husband and I were attending an event in Martinsburg, WV, and we found a listing online for this B&B. All the reviews were great and we thought we'd give it a try. We're so glad we did! We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend. Kat and Ed were great hosts... very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Breakfasts were huge, interesting,... More

I can only echo the prior glowing reviews of Cider Mill House. Warm, welcoming hosts, huge, tasty breakfast, comfortable rooms all on a working farm. Convenient to Antietam and Harper's Ferry. This inn is actually about eight miles from the town of Hedgesville, so, even with a GPS, it can be a bit hard to find at night. Being that... More

My wife and I stayed at the Cider Mill House in Hedgesville, WV on our way home to Georgia from a visit to New England in June. The accommodations were wonderful! The room was clean, comfortable, nicely furnished, and offered a lovely view of the picturesque farm on which the house is situated. Our hosts presented us with a warm... More

We came to Cider Mill House for a relaxing weekend getaway from DC. Greeted by Ed, Kat, and a gaggle of silly goats, we knew this was going to be a perfect weekend. The house is a beautifully kept 18th century farmhouse that has been elegantly updated. We stayed in the Nancy Robinson room on the first floor and it... More

This is a beautful inn, in beautiful country, on a spacious (understatement) and scenic farm. I could have just stayed here all day long. At first, I wondered, on the drive over, if I picked a spot too far from our bike trail in western Maryland, as it was an hour away from the trail. But, it was well worth... More

We stayed at the Cider Mill House for 3 nights over the Christmas weekend. The food is incredible and more than I can eat. The rooms are are beautiful. We didn't have any problems--no slow drains--they fixed that! Let me say again--the food is incredible, and every breakfast has a dessert course. So yummy. There's nothing like having an omelet...
