Well maintained older motel. The room was very clean. Shower was okay but, hard to maintain a good temperature. In the process of being painted and it appears as though new carpet was installed in the rooms. The bed was huge and, I slept well. However, it did make noise when turning over. The area was very quiet. I definitely would stay again.
Over the last 2-3 weeks we have stayed twice at the Keyser Inn and both times enjoyed relaxing experiences. The Inn is well managed, well maintained and very very clean , and Mary, the manager of the Inn , and her entire staff are dedicated to making your visit a pleasant one. The breakfast buffet has something for everyone to start their day. The rooms are of adequate size and fairly priced, the beds very comfortable, and the Inn is located in a convenient location. We highly recommend the Keyser Inn
My son was visiting Potomac State College and we stayed at the Keyser In for two nights. The hotel is just down the road from the school and very convenient. The price $75 per night was fair and the accoutrements were in line with the cost. Continental Breakfast available. People were kind and helpful. Only down side was that the Wifi was a bit weak. I’d recommend.
We stayed during a weekend and found the staff to be almost like family in their friendliness. When the orders for COVID restrictions went in to effect and we had to cut our stay short they refunded us for the day we didn’t stay with no questions asked even though it was well after normal check out times. 10/10 I will stay there again when next I travel there.
Stayed here for some walking on the American Discovery Trail nearby. Hotel is right off US 220 just south of Keyser, close to gas, restaurants, pharmacies, Wal-Mart, and other stores. Easy check-in but the older clerk didn't give the warm & friendly one would like to see at the front desk. Room was big with a queen-size bed, 2 chairs, desk, mini-fridge, coffee-maker, and plenty of outlets. Bathroom was divided into sink and closet area, and separate toilet/shower room. Shower, HVAC, tv, and wifi worked well. Bed was comfortable, but extra blankets would've been nice (we like to keep the room cold), as would black-out curtains as the outside lights kept the room fairly lit up at night. Breakfast was ok and "good enough": sausage gravy for biscuits, hard-boiled eggs, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal packets, pastries/bread, juice, coffee & tea (and honey!). Sheetz was next-door if we needed more. Check-out was easy. The other clerks were friendly and helpful, especially the morning staff. Plenty of parking and the area was quiet. Overall, a positive stay and we would stay here again.…
