My husband and I have celebrated several milestones with The Inn at Mountain Quest. Each time it gets better and better. The Inn is perfect for a couples getaway, family getaway, reunion and beautiful for weddings. There's so many relaxing activities and such warm inviting hosts. A wonderful relaxing gem in WV.

John Denver MUST have been here when he wrote his song "Almost Heaven," because this inn and the surrounding area are just this side of heaven. Although I was here on business, teaching classes for 2 days, the Inn was a refreshing break before and after my training day. The staff took great care of the class participants with delicious...

We only stayed one night, but wish we could have stayed several. The proprietor is a treat - she was very helpful and interesting to talk to. Our room was comfortable and unique. Breakfast was excellent. Wish we could have had time to hike the trails around the inn. We will certainly try to return for a longer visit.

We loved staying here and meeting the owners. We stayed in one of the suites and it was fabulous. Kind, caring and courteous owners that made us feel like we were home. We were there for a wedding and enjoyed (and needed) the quietness of The Inn. We enjoyed being able to relax in the scenery. The breakfast was wonderful....

My cousin was married over Memorial Day weekend. She booked the entire resort. The property is breath taking, and the accommodations are wonderful. Alex and her staff treated us like family, we were comfortable and welcomed. The absence of television and cell phone reception was a surprising relief. There is something special about the labyrinth; try it and see!

This visit was my second, and once again I was enchanted. The owners make one feel at home and have met every need one might have. The rooms are amazingly decorated and the library is beyond words. The views are so relaxing. Once could not have more delightful accomodations and experience. It is near Green Bank Science Center, Cass Railroad,...

I expected a pleasant overnight stay, but instead received an unforgettable experience. Sitting within a beautiful West Virginia valley, one quickly sees upon approach that this inn is quaint and charming. However, it is so much more! It starts with the innkeepers/owners, who are warm and welcoming and provide an interesting tour of their beautiful inn which they have filled...

My family was looking for a place to accommodate us after our father's funeral. Mountain Quest was just what we needed for the evening. The owners welcomed us, gave us the tour, and let us relax, laugh, cry and share good times. They opened the dining room for us to bring in pizza, and even made a salad for my...

What a truly remarkable place this is. We expected a secluded mountain inn; we got so much more. I was blown away by the beauty of the land itself, before even walking into the property. The views are breathtaking. Our room was very comfortable and everything was clean and tidy. I loved not having cell service, it really allows you...

My wife and I were in the area for the Cass Scenic Train ride and were looking for a place for a night and found this gem. This place is around 25 minutes from the Cass Train depot and is a 450 acre farm owned by David and Alex Bennet. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. Mr Bennet...
