Beautiful Area, Great Staff, Lots to do in Summer & Fall Months...kayaking, swimming, fishing, golf, boating etc. Winter Months - Lodge is decorated beautifully! They usually have arts/crafts classes for the kids, venders set up in Lobby, its awesome just to hang out in the Lobby with the BIG fire!!

Getaway at Thanksgiving (fourth time). Let Stonewall do the cooking so you can sit by the fire, drink wine and spend time with the family! Buffet includes not so standard Turkey and dressing with seafood and delicious prime rib. Too many wonderful desserts to talk about!

Hotel and property was beautiful. Only one restaurant was open when we were there, would have been nice to have other dining options. Limited activities due to time of year. All outdoor activities were not available. Good food. Front desk people not very friendly.

I stayed in a cottage with my daughter and her 3 children for a getaway. We had so much fun. My grandkids enjoyed riding the courtesy van to the resort. We went swimming, made crafts, toured the gift shops and really enjoyed eating the buffet breakfast at Stillwaters.

Disappointed in upkeep of cottage. Things that needed attention last year had not been addressed. Blinds in disrepair, hole the size of a baseball in dining room and various dings in living area that should be fixed.

No one is attentive and if you're not with a family, it's not worth going. there are constant kids running around and screaming so if you're trying to relax and escape, this is not the place. We even tried to go to the Spa and even there wasn't relaxing enough.

From the moment we pulled on to the property we loved it. The front desk staff were kind and generous. The lemonade was delicious. We entered the room and the view across the field to grazing deer was beautiful. The pool hours were great, with kids that don't care that you are on "vacation" and still wake up at 6:30...

We had the most wonderful stay last Thanksgiving weekend at Stonewall Resort. Having stayed in the lodge before we really wanted to try a lakeside cabin. It was very nice. Cozy ambiance and fun to stay in a private house while still having access to all the amenities the resort has to offer. The indoor/outdoor pool open year round was...

I was there over two nights over Thanksgiving. I went primarily to hike, which I did and the trails were great. They were a little tough thanks to the rain, but they were very well marked and offered beautiful scenery. I did not have Thanksgiving dinner because it was a buffet at $37/person and I knew I would never eat...

We found out about this resort on Groupon at a great price. The resort was gorgeous and we loved the indoor/outdoor heated pool. The food at the resort restaurants were great as well. One improvement I hope to see in the future is a more sustainable setup with recycling bins and no use of styrofoam. Being in a state park...
