If your looking for ski in ski out, Mt Lodge is an excellent choice. It's convient to the village as well. It's a little old and the interior needs to be updated, but if your there to Ski it's a perfect place.

Older condo but updated and convenient to the slopes and the village. Ski in ski out was better than expected. Locker rentals are a must if you don't want to lug gear. Friendly staff. A must for the value.

We stayed in a 1BR unit on the second floor for a weekend (Fri-Sat). The building is old and it is not laid out particularly well. The unit has the bedroom in the front of the unit facing the hallway which can be noisy. Then there is a narrow hall with the bathroom ending in the living area with a...

We booked thru VRBO because I had read this location was central to everything and never having been to Snowshoe I wanted to be in central location. Our unit was updated and had everything necessary. The kitchen was well equipped and the bed was new. I had read other reviewers stating the place needed to be updated and the common...

Stayed as a guest of a friend and was severely disappointed in the place. The front desk clerk Jane was rude and spoke to fellow employees worse than I would speak to a dog. The rooms were pretty clean and the maids seemed very friendly. The building you can tell is older and had settled severely in some spots. The...

We stayed for a weekend of skiing. The location was great! Ski in/Ski Out.The room itself was pretty spacious. We stayed in a 1 BR with 2 couples. The bedroom had a window connecting to the hallway outside so that was strange, we walked by and saw several people changing with the blinds open... It was clean and had everything...

The condos offer the bare necessities but feel like 30 years have passed since the last facelift. Truly ski in /ski out. Can be noisy so stay on second or third floor. The role are nice but the reception is not much help. They don't know anything about restaurants or directions for example, as one would expect from a more...

My son and I have visited Snowshoe Resort now for several years in a row. (See separate reviews of the resort, village and restaurants.) We have stayed in two different buildings during our visits, but we far prefer Mountain Lodge. We rented #207 from a private owner. Check in and check out is done through the front desk and has...

The ski in/ski out location is the saving grace of this hotel. It was close to the slopes and to the shopping/dining area. The bathrooms and living area were on the small side. When all six of us where in the living area it was cramped and uncomfortable. Like other reviewers have said, the facility could use an upgrade. The...

Recently stayed here with a couple friends for a weekend skiing trip. The location is great. Ski in and ski out right at the top of the ballhooter lift. Also right next to the village/restaurants and outdoor pool. While the room was nice and there were updated TVs, overall the building was a little dated and run down. It definitely...
