Room w/ sofabed was very large, included fireplace and a free-standing tub (awkward w/ party of 3). Pillows were overstuffed but king size bed was comfortable. Oddly, beautifully displayed bottle of wine + glasses was not complimentary but $20 (not labeled) and bottles of water on bedside table were $2 each as well. Amenities did not include shower cap or...

Very rustic and beautiful hotel on the river in the center of Beloit. Loved the fireplace in the center of the hotel room and the rainforest shower. Very convenient to the downtown area. Awesome restaurant attached to the hotel. Highly recommend.

My family loves this hotel. The decor is very interesting and much of it incorporates Beloit's history. All of the rooms are lovely. We especially enjoy the suites as the showers are awesome! If you are looking for something a bit more romantic, choose a suite with a bath tub. The beds are comfy and the views from the rooms...

We always stay at the Ironworks when we can. We visit our son at Beloit College for one week each year. It is a great hotel with real character. There are enough local restaurants nearby to fill a week. Merrill and Houston's is a nice restaurant with a great bar. This really is a different kind of place. A step...

The Ironworks Hotel is over priced. Our room was small and in the front of the building. We could here traffic noise clearly. We could also hear people in the hallway and above us. The windows leaked cold air. As said before the price was to high for what the room was, it was like a room in a moderate...

Very beautiful hotel and rooms. The lobster at the steak house was delicious! Décor was great. Would stay there again. Beloit is a great town!! We walked down to the Farmers Market Saturday morning. It was great and the shops downtown where so cute and had things I was interested in! The area near the hotel and across the river...

What a great find! This hotel has so much history and charm. I would rate it 5 stars if it wasn't for the very, very slow elevator. I think it is pulled by gerbils!! Don't miss out on the restaurant - it is out of this world!

An unexpected treasure in downtown Beloit. Spacious, upscale suites. Everything you could want and more: a view of the Rock River, walking path across the street, great restaurant on site, wonderful bed, gorgeous bathroom. The staff was great. Will definitely return.
