The Hotel Teresa was a complete surprise to us on our recent skiing holiday. The staff, decor and especially the food was outstanding. In fact, the food was some of the best we have had in any of the hotels we've stayed in around the world. Everything was fresh, perfectly cooked and we didn't have the same dish twice in...

A really lovely hotel. Great location. Genuine warm and friendly staff. Impeccable rooms and communal areas. The rooms are a good size, nice modern bathroom, fridge. The food is the best we have had in any ski resort and amazing the quality and efficient service they can provide with what seemed like a full hotel. The menu was original and...

Stayed with family and friends and we were not disappointed. Rooms are large but a little under furnished for choice but they are clean and ours had two balconies. The staff are amazing! It's a family run hotel and it shows. The dinner is fantastic, several tasty courses every night and fab local wines. Enjoy!

Another year and another skiing holiday, this time spent at the Hotel Teresa in San Vigilio. If anyone has read my previous reviews of skiing hotels this must be getting boring, but this is another hotel I would go back to time and time again. The hotel itself is beautiful, the staff are simply fabulous and the location is just...

David, who manned the front desk, was both friendly and helpful. His ability to answer ALL of our many questions earned him the moniker "David Google" from us. He was our source for day trip and restaurant destinations.

We arrived for a 3-night stay for cycling just before the peak Summer season. We were greeted warmly and found the room to be very nice, clean and spacious. The evening dinner menu was amazing and great value for money, and the wellness area was on par for the 4-star offering. Service was always quick, friendly and personal. But the...

I've read several reviews of the Hotel Teresa and was hoping for something good for our ski trip. What I wasn't prepared for was the genuine warmth and enthusiasm from all the staff which made our stay such a pleasure.
