This is a well kept, extremely clean establishment with an exemplary sit-down breakfast. The owner is a great lady who cooks up the most tasty breakfast served with semi-elegance. The rooms are small, but comfortable. The only down, and it is not a deal breaker, was the shower....very difficult to regulate the water temperature. All in all this is a... More

This is a hidden gem! Great rooms, delicious homemade breakfast! We hope to make this an annual visit! Marilyn is very sweet and an excellent cook! The rooms are a bit vintage, but very clean and comfortable. Chippewa Falls is a great little city? You must visit Olsen's ice cream (homemade everyday!), Irvine Park (absolutely beautiful!)

Clean and comfortable rooms and a tasty sit down breakfast highlighted our stay at the Glen Loch. My brother, father, and I were happy to each have a queen bed to ourselves, as the room(s) we stayed in were conveniently attached. This locally owned, non-chain motel was exactly what we were looking for. Reminded me of the places we stayed... More

A nice motel with reasonable rates and an excellent homemade breakfast!! The rooms are small but very clean and comfortable. The owner is very helpful in suggesting where to go and what to do. A wonderful breakfast was served each morning. A nice surprise and we would definitely go back.

This is a nice little mom & pop roadside motel. The rooms are difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature in them. But they were clean and for the most part quiet. (One group was sitting on the patio outside our room, visiting loudly when we were preparing for bedtime, with no end in sight. But Marilyn stepped outside and had... More

I dont doubt many of the reviews posted here. The place is quaint and old but nicely decorated and you can tell Marilyn tries to make it look nice and cozy. But, aside from the initial check in greeting we didnt feel that friendly feeling that everyone raves about. The rooms are small and dated with a modern twist but... More

The Glen Loch Inn is truly a hidden gem. The rooms are individually decorated so they aren't all the exact same, which adds to the charm. The location is convenient to area attractions and is amazingly quiet. Marilyn exudes friendliness and gives tips about restaurants, hiking, area points of interest, and so much more. There's a beautiful patio on the... More

My husband and I stayed here on our way through to Minneapolis. This place was great! Our room was very clean. And the owner was really sweet. She gave us awesome suggestions on were a great place to eat was. She even has a beautiful little breakfast room that has the cozy feeling of a little Italy bistro. And the... More

My friend and I stayed there for a long weekend during Oktoberfest. Upon arrival at Glen Loch Inn we were welcomed by the owner that provided us with a ton of recommendations. Once we checked into our room, we noticed that the room is much smaller than the average hotel room. Although it was a smaller room, we appreciated the... More

I always make a point in planning my stays here for all my trips. It is a pleasant stay and very peaceful. We are close to the Chippewa Falls downtown area. The other reason we stay here is that it is a perfect location to visit family that live close by. My family enjoy staying here becouse it is very... More
