I have stayed in each of the themed rooms and have enjoyed each room since 2014. The entire B&B is filled with interesting artifacts from Steve and Sue's travels. Steve and Sue are wonderful hosts and will prepare a delicious breakfast for you. There is a screened porch and a lovely garden that you will enjoy greatly.

At first I wasn't going to write a review, after all what does one more 5 star add to the discussion when 50 of 51 reviews are 5 stars. However when an experience is truly exceptional it should be reported. The property is a cozy B&B with only 3 guest rooms but that is part of the charm. Steve and...

Hosts, Steve and Sue have a well-maintained older home that offers three themed rooms in a beautiful setting on the Rock River, just minutes from downtown Ft. Atkinson. Fabulous breakfast. Helpful suggestions for restaurants and nearby attractions. Free use of canoe or kayaks and a helpful lesson where to paddle, and even how (for the novice). Very enjoyable weekend getaway.

Wonderful hosts, wonderful grounds, wonderful room, wonderful price. Budget price with 5 star accommodations and service. One can't go wrong. This place is a gem. This is a b&b done right - clean, luxurious, interesting, with friendly hosts who were pleasant to talk with. I would recommend this place to anyone needing a place to stay within 30 minutes radius...

This is a truly wonderful place to stay. Such a hidden little gem. Outstanding hosts, Sue and Steve, made our stay so pleasant and welcoming. The only complaint I have is that we couldn't stay longer. Beautiful home and grounds in a very nice neighborhood. Can't wait to bring friends back to stay at Rock River Inn. We stayed in...

In our many travels we have experienced many B&B's and this is our favorite we've been to so far. We stayed in the Asian Room. When you walk in there is a sitting room, then you walk down a couple of stairs into the beautiful bedroom with a wall of windows overlooking the Rock River. There is a deck with...

My 17-year-old daughter and I enjoyed a fabulous stay at the Rock River Inn. We were in the area for a horse show at the Jefferson County Fairgrounds. The house and accommodations are meticulously clean, the beds are very comfortable, and we enjoyed a restful night of sleep. Steve and Sue allowed us to set the time for breakfast and...

Very friendly welcome from Sue and Steve, perfect and big rooms to stay overnight (Asian room) and very happy with bathroom (and even Aveda products!). But the best was the breakfast, prepared by Sue und from exquisite homemade quality! Thank you very much!

Just stayed at the Rock River Inn for around 20 hours, and we truly loved it. Steve and Sue are amazing. Worldly, calm, and truly proficient in making sure you have a great time. We were a little loose about check in time, and they were totally fine with it. When we finally got there, they showed us around the...

We just wrapped up a three-night stay at the Inn, and cannot say enough about how friendly and welcoming Steve and Sue were to us. First, our arrival schedule kept changing; they kept rolling with it. We stayed in the India room; plenty of space for two. The neighborhood is residential and very quiet. The breakfasts were excellent, including homemade...
